    I feel like my son has been very supported by the staff and they all know his name. I just wish there was more parental involvement. The PTA does their best to provide a lot of activities for the kids, but only the same people come to help and it’s not a lot so they get overwhelmed. If more parents helped out, the benefits would be tremendous.

    No school will ever be perfect, but I'm from the firm belief that if you stay involved in your child's academics, results will most likely be fruitful wherever you go. Teachers, leadership, front office staff, and yard duties are all awesome here! I'm the parent that always emails teachers constantly, and they have always be responsive and accommodating. We recently did a IEP/504 evaluation with my son here and everyone involved did a great job. Big shout outs to Ms. Backe, Julie (yard duty/PTA), Rita (PTA and front office), Mrs. Jernigan, Mrs. Teal and Mrs. Walker. Keep up the great job and Go Mustangs!
