Principal Mr. Baxter is amazing. Patient, kind, understanding. Staff overall helpful and supportive. Campus needs upgrading, and it is being done. Major upgrades and additions by spring 2023. Great pathways options - coding, biotech, etc. Majority of teachers are great w/ just a few bad apples. Feels like a big school in a small town, but definitely beats any options in LA County.

Feels like a prison camp with how many yard duties there are, teachers don’t teach and overall aren’t helpful when it comes to learning, very few genuinely care and I thank those very few, drug/vape infested as well, no vape shop in Simi Valley has as many vapes to accumulate to the amount at Simi High alone. Do not let your kid go to Simi High if you have bare minimum standards for your children -Sincerely a student who’s traveled the country and seen how schools should be.

I don't love this school. My daughter "survived" and my current student is not doing well. I am weighing my options for future years, possibly Monte Vista?

I have seen a great improvement from the support of the local law enforcement and the school faculty for the last 2 years. Keep up the good work.
