I am currently attending Apollo and will be graduation at the end of this school year. The reason i put that i would not recommend, is because this is a continuation school, or a credit recovery school. It is not a school that you just go to with no reason behind it. Usually you will be sent here when you are behind in credits, which i think explains why the “stats” for the school are so low, the kids who come aren’t usually the kids who love school or have a perfect life to where they CAN love school and only focus on it. With that being said, you will meet some of the most unique kids, who have been threw more than some adults here. It is a very good and fun school, and the type of school that i personally thrive in (smaller, more personal, hands on, etc.). The teachers here are absolutely amazing and very caring. Since the school isn’t very big, the teachers actually make good relationships and connections with you. Unlike bigger schools where the teacher might be pretty close with 1 or 2 kids but beyond that it’s just not the case because of how many kids they see in a day of teaching. They are also more hands on in teaching and can focus on every kids needs because of the small class size (anywhere from 6-20 kids). Along with the teachers being great, don’t even get me started on the counselor, Maria, she is the sweetest, most fun and caring lady you will EVER meet. She makes sure to have a very very good relationship with every one of her “kids” (she calls us her kids). She cares so much that she will make sure she knows your story and why you are where you are. She makes sure she always has snacks and water for every kid who comes in to say hi to her, and there’s a lot because of how much she is loved. She gives you her number (if you, and ur parent are okay with it of course), so that you can text her to come up to her office if your having a bad day, she’ll text you in the morning reminding you of the schedule that day (as it changes), along with checking on you and making sure your okay after missing a day. The principal Dean, is the coolest dude as well, he makes sure to give you a fist bump everyday and treat you like an adult. I could go on and on, but all in all. This is one of the best environments ive ever been in. The one and only downside i would say is, is the lack of a social life. As i said, it’s a very small school, so there’s only a handful of friends that you hang out with, also there’s no football games or anything like that.

This is school is awesome I couldn't of graduated if I didn't go.the teachers arnt strict and treat you like a adult they also do care about you and will take the time out of there day to help you. The school is small has I think 250 kids.if your struggling in school I would deffinitly recremend this school or is behind in credits.you don't need to bring any school supplies because they provide it.the thing I like most is no homework there's usually only 1 or 2 fights a year on campus this school is as bad as people say it is overall a great school
