I've worked at the school for more than five years. The energy from the teachers and staff everyday is terrific and fun to be a part of. I appreciate the concerted effort to improve communications at all levels over the past year and a half.

Wonderful place to work (I have been an employee for over 10 years). Teachers and specialists go above and beyond to provide a multidisciplinary and individualized program for each student. The SCERTS Model provides flexibility to do "what works" for each student, while holding true to guiding principles such as viewing the student as a whole person, building trust/positive relationships, and valuing family priorities. Collaboration between the day program and residential program has developed into a close partnership to provide the best supports for the students across both settings.

Class room A-. Residence, devastating. The Executive Director and the Social Worker should be in prison, and we read on the web that the fun continues. Please, do not put your child in residential care at this school.

I am proud of how my brother excels in this school program.

worked there for some time. The Head of Clinical department has a complete lack of understanding of her students but still she goes around telling people how they should run programs. She is extremely unprofessional and does a disservice to all staff and students. The school became very money driven and is taking in kids beyond the school's capabilities. Teachers are great and support staff is committed.Working there can be a horrible experience. If you are not part of the "friends" you will be targeted by administration.

Worked there for a while - amazing school for students, not for teachers. Unfortunately, this means that the teachers who are experiencing a gang-like mentality of an administration are frustrated and it descends to the students. Don't believe me? Ask how many teachers retire here. Ask how many teachers who work here have been here for longer than 2 years. Is it a coincidence that with almost 80+ staff, almost none last longer than that? They'll tell you it's because of the money elsewhere...but nobody goes into this field for barrels of money. It's the administration, pure and simple - I saw dozens leave because they hated getting bullied by the office. I wasn't bullied, but I left because sooner or later they would have been that way to me.

I was there, i started on September 19 2011 Then my final day was June 22 2012, The school is not a very nice school in my opinion Because some of the staff are rude to some kids And get edgy with students sometimes. I understand why people say they have unprofessional service, They do treat the students differently. It's kind of harsh And strict, the staff are sometimes aggressive and firm with kids. They don't take kids out swimming Or go into places like the park or places that kids might enjoy more than just go out to eat. It has been a bad experience for myself. I would not recommend this school for your child it might make them worse but, It is not the best school in my opinion because of the conditions and policies You just never know if it will make your child worse or better. I don't really like the way the school treats students.

My son has been a student here for nearly a year since Sept. 2012. The program is outstanding. The staff treat the students with respect and kindness and they are always professional. I am so glad my son attends the program.

To all Parents: Stay away. Your child will only get worse instead of better. They have the most unprofessional administration.
