Great school! The teachers are amazing and the students are sweet and well behaved. The staff does a lot of fun activities for the students like Read Across America, Chinese new year performance and they have a garden class. The staff really cares about kids.

I like this school a lot. The admin, teachers and special education teachers are helpful and care about students. There are a lot of fun things for the kids to do at school like spirit week and celebrations of Chinese New Year and other stuff. The kids are kind and my kids have many friends.

My child has had a very good experience at this school. He has special needs and his teachers have been wonderful. He enjoys getting to go in the garden. He loved Field Day last year. He has many friends. The music teacher is a great asset. There are opportunities to be involved in the PTA.

My wife went to pick our autistic son up from lupine and they told her they couldn’t find him. They were quick to blame him for leaving the classroom. The teacher doesn’t even bother to work with my son. Just calls us everyday to pick him up because they don’t want to deal with him. If you have a special needs child I would be alert of the teachers. How do you lose a kid that was in your classroom and didn’t hear a door open or close.

Frustrating at this time due to leadership issues.

True representation of a non-caring, overwhelmed public school that prioritizes student attendance for the sake of funding rather than ensuring kids have a stable educational home.

I am a parent and my daughter just loves this school! I do as well. The teachers are very involved with the students and parent volunteering is encouraged on a daily basis. There is a new principal this year and the PTA is very involved, planning activities every month and encouraging parents to join at every opportunity. The cultural diversity is unbeatable! The school is well kept, modern, and very safe. I couldn’t be happier having my daughter attend Lupine!

I am a parent in this school. Change begins with us. We have a great PTA this year and we owe it to our kids to help in school.

Lupine Hills Elementary is understaffed and parents aren't encouraged to participate if they complain. There are about 100 children being "supervised" by 3 staff members during lunch and recess. Fights break out, children are bullied in the bathrooms and staff doesn't see it. Don't send your children to Lupine Hills Elementary unless you plan to be there constantly.

My three daughters have been attending to this school since 2008. I very happy and proud of this school. The principal and teachers are very comitted to children safety and education. I can reach the teachers anytime by phone or e-mail knowing that they will get to me whithin that day.

we were an incoming kindergarten family for the 2011-2012 school year. Great community of parents, wonderful, caring teachers and the PTA is very involved in school projects & events ... couldn't ask for a better experience! Looking forward to the coming years!
