This school was the reason why we decided to stay in this school district. The teachers are very responsible. The parents are very engaged. Really love the school community.

Absolutely amazing! Principal Dr. Peterson not only has visions but also dedicates his time and passion. School has a robust PTA. It works very closely with principal, teachers and district to provide various enrichment programs such as, PE, art, calligraphy, poetry, theatre, STEM, music, chess ... you name it, that no other elementary school has. It has a balanced duel lingual program which not only provide a second language but also helps developing the left side of brain. It is the first IB certified school in the district. It is a great program to start kids not only academically but also on a higher social emotional level. Can’t be happier.

We are blessed to have our daughter at West County Mandarin school. The leadership, teachers and PTA are all top notch and very involved.

So far, we love this school, but most important of all, our son loves the school. He has lots of great friends from school that he plays with on weekends, holidays, and over summer break. We are blessed to be a part of this community, and do our very best to be contributing members.

Our experience at this school exceeds our expectations. My child is in the very first class of the school. There were definitely anxieties related to sending my child to a brand new school. After 1.5 years, we have had an amazing "small" school experience with very responsive staff, and a tight-nit group of families.

It’s been a great experience and our daughter is excited to be speaking mandarin and English. But more importantly she loves her teacher, friends and school.

The Principal Peterson is present on the every day life of the school, we see him around making sure everything is going well. The staff is great, my daughter is really enjoying the learning process and they also offers app as resources of education. I believe it is the greatest opportunity to have my daughter here.

Wonderful school for kids to attend. I was very worried first when withdraw my kid from top school in the area but I think just give it a try, one year in Kindergarten only. But I see my child is so happy every day. The school has wonderful activities every day with lots of enrichment sessions for kids to do lab, science, computer coding, field trips, making dumpling, moon cakes.... Beside kids can speak Mandarin fluent in a very short time, they also learn so much in different cultures, mindful set, behaving nicely to each other, manage angry management. Now my child is continue staying for another year and we are so happy to have her there.

I'm so happy with the school. I transferred my son from the top rated school in the district to attend this school, and it's so much better! I'll be sending my second son there in a year.
