I have two (Twins) of my own children that have graduated from Stephenson High School in 2017 and several Nieces and Nephew, and a few Cousins, since the school open in 1996. They have all graduate in the top ten from Stephenson high when on to college and also graduated in the top ten to top fifty with Cum Laude and Magna Cum Laude, two are MD, Accountant , Engineer, Business Management , Data Analysis and more , and I still have two niece that are still attending and they love Stephenson high , I must give props to Mr. Jones and his staff for job well done.The Teachers and staff know me by name and take the time to keep me up to date on my child.

i honestly want to say that this school is near by the worst school in dekalb county and dont recommend it.

I have enjoyed Stephenson High for years. Although, i didnt attend the school my 2 younger brothers along with several friends did. (We are all adults now) and our children currently attend Stephenson. Throughout, the years I have enjoyed the family closeness that this school exhibit. I appreciate the teachers and the administration. When dealing with teens who aren't your children, you a placed in a corner. Stephenson like all schools have experienced its ups and downs... Most of all WE ARE STILL STEPHENSON...and our community loves us.

Stephenson High is overall a good school. Some of the students put on a "hardcore" "thug" act, but they are truly middle class suburban kids, who are all intelligent. Stephenson has something that appeals to every student whether it's athletics, academics and arts. As a straight A Stephenson high scholar, I am proud to call myself a Jag!

I think it really sad that Stephenson high school is the only high school not wearing uniforms this year. These kids are so focus on their appearance verse their education. I feel as a parent the student would be less distracted if they all had to wear the same thing. What's the hold up Stephenson highschool; pls get on board with the rest of the DeKalb county schools. My daughter has been going there for two years and hates her peers attitudes because all about what he/she is wearing and who has the last Jordan's.

I'm very pleased with the school's administration, teaching staff, rigor, and student support. Stephenson High School is a hidden treasure. Parents just have to be actively engaged in their child's education to see and appreciate the gift we have in this school!

Its a good school for the arts and sports. I am now in second year at this school. But some of the teachers there make school worth whiie.

This is a good school, with a dynamic music program. They have one of the best bands in Georgia!

I'm a second year parent at Stephenson High. I think the school is pretty good, but it has the potential to be great. The leadership at the school is very good and they seem to really want ALL the students to succeed. Stephenson has many very bright and successful students who are serious about their education, and they get millions in scholarship money annually. As a male parent I understand how important male involvement is in schools, so I try to stay involved. However, My sincere hope is that more parents become involved, especially men! Stephenson can definitely become a great school, with more parental and community involvement (his is why I gave 4 stars and not 5). As a community, we still have some work to do in creating and being the example we want our youth to follow.
