    Terrible school. My child has been passed through several grades with a 2nd grade reading level. Anytime I ask about his reading level his teachers are always very unclear about his level. On the report card the reading level has always been left blank. When I asked the teacher, she said she didnt know how to enter it in the computer. I called the principle and she said talk to the teacher.

    Watkins is a great neighborhood school. The teachers are highly qualified and have the students best interest in mind.
