The resources that the school has at its disposal are amazing (my kid attended a different school in the past) , the principal is friendly and effective and many teachers are great. I am happy to have my second child attend there

The families that attend the school are amazing! Our kids have made wonderful friends. Many many issues with the admin and some of the teachers. If admin would leave and many teachers would retire, the school would be amazing too!

I have to agree with another poster about the principal being non-responsive and the teachers being in constant defense mode when they are clearly in the wrong. I have had my children at another KISD school until a move required that they changed schools. I never had an issue with the previous school. This year has been awful for one of my children. If you have the perfect, cookie cutter child that never steps out of line or has any academic problem areas, then you'll probably be fine. However, their tolerance for helping children that need extra assistance is pathetic. The principal just lets the teachers do whatever they want...whether it's verbally berating children or never pulling them in small group to meet their academic need. My other child is doing ok, but his teacher is one of the nicer ones. From day one it was never a welcoming environment. Being in Gleannloch Farms, this will not cut it. It's sad that it doesn't feel like they are in it for the kids. I've even heard teachers complaining with parents within earshot. I hope that it changes but sadly I am looking at other options even though my tax dollars paid should be enough to get an education that I'm at least satisfied with.

Having a special needs child can make public school very difficult. The teachers, administrators, and especially the nursing staff have give WAY above and beyond for my child. Despite having a medical diet and severe food allergies her school experience has been the same as any other child. The entire staff truly cares about each child and not just test scores. The PTO is amazing in their dedication to both the children and the staff.

Best elementary school in Klein ISD, and one of the top elementary schools for academic achievement in the state. The level of community support within the Gleannloch Farms subdivision and the amount of financial resources provided by the PTO give this school a decisive advantage above all others. The principal is fantastic, and the neighboring elementary school, Hassler, (also within Gleannloch) is a top achiever as well.

We had our daughter in this school from K-5th grade and our experience has been so bad that we are considering private education for the years to come. The principal does not listen to parents and all the staff is in defensive mode at all times. If you have a concern or disagree on a matter with them, they would put the blame on the system, the kids or back on you for not being considerate with all they do. In reality they could do things better, but they don't listen to anybody. There are a few teachers that are really good, but majority are not even prepared properly for the topics they teach. If you can afford private education go for it!

I have watched all three of my children travel through Frank since it opened in 2007. It has been a wonderful environment to be a part of and continues getting better every year! The administration has a genuine concern for each and every child. I have watched my children move on to one of the top middle schools in the district with great success, both socially and academically. We love Frank!

I am fairly new to the area and the #1 priority for my family has always been education for my child and being in a community that is very safe and secure. Gleannloch Farms is perfect for my family and Frank Elementary has been a blessing. It has taken some adjustments but I have always received the best care!

I am very impressed with this school. I have two children with special needs and the guidance counselor has gone above and beyond for them. The admin has been very accessible and supportive. The PTO works hard and parents, both mothers and fathers, are very visible. I'm happy to have my children attend Frank.

This is the best school my kids ever attended. The PTO is amazing and so easy to get involved for both working & stay at home parents. Great communication and all the tools required to help your child succeed.

We are new to Frank, as we have a kindergartner, and she is our first to go off to elementary school, but I was at ease with all the communication we received prior to her going to school. The staff, volunteers, and PTO is amazing. The communication is outstanding, curriculim is great, and teachers, principal couldn't be more friendly. So far, our adventure has been wonderful!

Frank Elementary is an excellent school, one of the best my children have attended. The faculty are caring and protective, the school is clean and up to date with technology, and the curriculum is challenging while still accessible to those with special needs. My children truly enjoy the atmosphere there. I feel safe knowing my kids are being treated well in a caring environment that is nurturing their independent thinking skills.

Gotta love Frank! The curriculum is top notch, parent involvement is through the roof, the facilities still look brand new, the Principal is great, the Nurse is beyond helpful with the students with health issues, lots of events throughout the year, they just installed a running track and a butterfly garden for the library. Quite a few different clubs or classes available after school (also an afterschool program). Highly recommend Frank! :)

Frank Elementary is now the premier elementary school serving the Gleannloch Farms subdivision. The district was re-zoned two years ago and now excludes students from outside of the subdivision from attending. Test scores and achievement have skyrocketed as a result, and the level of local community support is why Frank will continue to be the best elementary school in the area.

THIS SCHOOL IS AWESOME...it is in a wonderful neighborhood and has a great staff. My child loves this school, but because of the rezoning again we have to leave. So sad.

Frank Elementary has been rezoned and now has less students and seems to be better than previous years.

Frank is a great elementary school with wonderful teachers, administration, and staff plus supportive parents and volunteers. I am about to send my second child there when she starts kindergarten next year. We have amazing music and art programs, great options for extracurricular activities, and fun school spirit nights that bring everyone together like a big family. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my kids to go to elementary!

I have two children attending Frank Elementary. The school has seen three rezoning since the school has opened and now looks to be its true size and what we should expect for the next 5 years. At just over 600 children it is the smallest elem. in Klein ISD and now feels like a small village where everyone knows everyone. I love the staff and attention they give my children. The resources are very strong and I love that we have a full time Art and Music Program to help my children become well rounded.

My Daughter Alexa is now 6, going on 7, and has been in Frank since she was 3 in the early childhood development program for special needs kids. I simply cannot say enough good things about the staff and teachers at Frank. Alexa bounces out of bed every day looking forward to school, and is surrounded by friends and supporters each school day. We could live anywhere, but we choose to stay in Gleannloch Farms close to Frank, because there is no place we would rather send our daughter.
