Everyone is nice. Love how the principal keeps parents involved with everything going on around the school. Great teachers and learning experiences.

I am a former student of Ehrhardt and teacher in Spring ISD. I was hesitant in keeping my daughter in public school after seeing, first hand, the corrupt and negative impact of "no child left behind" and the seperation of students by academic ability in the classroom. My experience has been that the teachers are forced to cater to the low babies, because of the impact of testing results, leaving the average and high students to fend for themselves causing them to lose their momentum academically. My daughter is in the higher tier of her class and I worried about her not being challenged enough. Mrs. Volz, her 1st grade teacher, has exceeded my expectations! I've seen so much growth in my student and her love of learning has continued to grow as well. Mrs. Kidwai and Mrs. Griffin were equally wonderful in kinder and I'm hoping for another fantastic teacher in 2nd.

Will not help struggling students!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My daughter has been struggling for years and she is only passing because the teacher bumps her grades up. They refuse to test her for learning disabilities.

As a former student of this wonderful school I can say it was an amazing place to experience elementary school. I recently moved back to the area and plan on visiting the school. The dedication the teachers had was something that stayed with me and inspired me to become a teacher myself.

We started at Ehrhardt this year after relocating to Texas. I was nervous about how my daughter would adjust to a new school, new house, new friends. After a few weeks of the usual trial of a new school year she has blossomed at Ehrhardt. She LOVES her teachers and the children have really accepted her. The curriculum is challenging with is good since she gets bored very easily. The staff and principal are also very caring. We had a pretty big health emergency with my family that required us to leave school for a few months and the entire school was amazing. Teachers and staff that we normally don't interact with were stopping us and wishing my family well. I am so glad that we happened to move into this neighborhood with such and amazing school.

My daughter excells at Ehrhardt where academics are key. The staff and teachers are friendly and attentive however there is little to no cultural or ethnic diversity in the administrative, support or teaching staff. German history is taught and celebrated year round yet cultural diversity is clearly neglected in the curriculum. Schools should note the demographic shifts among student populations and ensure the curriculum and those who teach it reflect a variety of opinions, beliefs, backgrounds, and people from all walks of life. It is the 21st century!
