This school is average at best. All of their resources are used to pay their staff instead of the children's education. The school nurse is a complete joke. She collects a check for being a nurse but yet hates to do any work. Like she expects to go the whole year and not see any kids for nothing at all but wants that pay check though. I will be looking into a private Schooling instead of this penny counting system where they need the students attendance so they can get more money. That's why they built a bigger school next door

Teacher was more concerned with what shoes my child was wearing to school. When my fiance passed away from a bike accident I sent a note to the teacher explaining what happened because I didn't know how my son would handle it. The teacher sent a note back that read "He still needs to behave". Four months later my mother had a stroke and was on life support for a month. I notified his teacher and of course you basically have to beg the staff to give a darn. Instead of having him talk with a counselor he treated like an outcast, made to sit out in the hallway and sent to other classrooms. I had to ask that he be allowed to speak with the counselor. I witnessed the club rewind staff member yell at him as I walked in the door to pick him up. Boy was she surprised to see me. I was picking him up because I was called by club rewind that he is being suspended for five days and because of the severity of the incident the principal was notified and she said the principal is suspending him from school too!!! I enrolled him in private school and kinder graduation was this week. It was really nice to see him happy for change and see that people actually care about him and his well being.

I have to agree with the other parents that this is not a very good school. Two of my children are doing great but my 5th grader hates the school and her teachers. All I ever hear about are all these different tests that are administered. My daughter never has a good understanding of subject matter and trying to work with the teachers is a chellenge. Phone calls not returned, notes not returned. For some reason my daughter's kindergarten class is in a shared portable with an ESL class. She is learning to read but brings the same readers home and I have to send a note to the teacher saying she already read it months ago. Lesson plans are not consistent making it difficult to help out with school work at home. I sent a note and called my 5th grader's homeroom teacher to request a parent teacher conference to discuss my daughters progress. I have yet to get a response. I have been in the office on more than one occasion an overheadr a parent complaining about their child being bullied and no one addressing it. I absolutely hate this school and we will be moving out of the Cy-Fair district.

Garbage.....you're child will not learn a darn thing. Teachers are lazy and so is the staff. Not to mention the fakeness. Don't send cash for anything. It will come up missing Everytime and no one ever knows what happened or where it went. And don't expect them to call you if your child is hurt or there's a problem. Over 78% of the children are at an economic disadvantage so your child will deal with nothing but bully's. I'd give it a zero if possible.

this school was always very fun and awesome when i attended it it was full of joy and happiness and i dont know how some people say they dont work out problems because i once had a problem and they fixed it yeah it wasnt always easy to learn because of open rooms but you got used to it and learned not to make much noise especially for me since i was a talker but some times i still wish i was back at that school ,but now i haved moved up to another grade but will always remember the fun times i had there sincerely -former student

My son loves his school. He's been here since kinder and is now starting 4th grade. He has loved everyone of his teachers. He had a very young one in 2nd grade, but has had no problems in this school. My advice to parents is be involved in your child's education. I have noticed that the the children who do well in this school the parents are involved with the pto and communicate with the teachers often. Your child won't make it in any public school if you are not involved.

This school is horrible, the leaders are very caring and help but teachers don't listen when there is a problem with kids, instead they send them to the punishment room, they do not care if kids are afraid or not...they do not listen and not investigate what really happened before sending them. Teachers don't try to solve problems and if you claim or make suggestions then they makes your kids pay the toll, treating them with indifference. There is a little conspiracy going on between some teachers. Some teachers are too young and others have the perfect behavior like to be in a high school, not elementary. My boy entered the school very happy and now is criying often asking for his old school. PLEASE, KIDS LEARN MUCH BETTER WITH LOVE AND PATIENCE.
