Mr. Graham is worth going to school here for. He’s an amazing person and a wonderful teacher. He’s very understanding has an amazing sense of humor, and is very supportive.

Our family experienced a lot of bullying issues and administrators did not address many of those issues. Some teachers can be rude and others are great.

The drop off and pick up situation is terrible, lines make everyone so late, even though the school starts at 7:30 i get my daughter to school 45 minutes early! My daughter walks home with friends, the park lot she walks though if horrific, high school driver as everywhere never looking for anyone crossing, within a month of school she has already been called names like ugly, dumb, and others that not appropriate to say. Teachers never doing their job, students are always off task, some even think it’s funny to make my daughter off task when she working, unbelievable!

My experience here was pretty good. Although some of the teachers seem like they dont enjoy their jobs and get annoyed easily, most of the staff loves the kids and guess I kinda chose favorites. Ms. Cunningham was my all time favorite teacher. I loved her approach to teaching while being strict she was also really fun and i enjoyed learning in her class.

This school made my depression go so far south. With the kids inside the school making my living life hell and the teachers doing nothing about it does not help. There have been so many incidents that were not taken seriously. Both 7th and 8th grade year too. It was not a fun experience and it let to so many further problems in my life currently as a freshman in high school. There have been a few teachers in the 7/8 grey pod that have been very helpful to make my life a little bit better. That includes Mr. Heller and Ms. Boyd. Thank you guys so much.

This school cares about its students. The administration is good at communicating with parents. The new Principal is doing a very good job with communicating with staff and parents. Some of the information on this site is inaccurate. The school has a full time SRO (School Resource Officer), a school nurse consultant that covers this school and one other school, a full-time Social Worker, in addition to a full-time School Psychologists and a full staff of counselors. Even the cafeteria staff is stellar. Ranch View is great with SSN and AN students, as well as working with students with IEPs and 504 plans. I had two students attend Ranch View and I do recommend it to other parents.

Terrible. I would never put my kids here. This school has to be one of the worst I've ever seen.

All of three of my sons attended Ranch View and thrived. It was a great transition towards high school.

An incredible team effort has been demonstrated to my husband and I as we navigate the precarious middle school years for each of our 3 kids. We chose Ranchview and there is no reason we would ever do anything different Test scores are one indicator, and sadly, not an accurate one. They will be up again because there is a plan to do just that. Stop and look at the feeder elementary and HS. Something is amiss and it’s a far more a society story than a school ability story. Love this school

Good. There is room to grow, but the district is working with this school to increase the academic growth

It was not a good experience being an employee here. My short stay at this school made me want to change careers.

Sadly, Ranchview has gone down hill over the years. There are still a few great teachers but the principal is ineffective

The teachers and staff are highly engaged with the students. Excellent process for assisting students with special needs-very dedicated to problem-solving and great communication w/parents. I have been very impressed. My child is happy and feels supported and valued.

Wonderful neighborhood Middle School. Loved the instructors, admin and proximity to Thunder Ridge High School.
