Dr.Brittain is well known amongst the American Educational community. Her achievements and kind teaching also very helpful with those with learning disabilities to achieve their fullest potential! Highly recommend this Christian Academy!

I DO NOT recommend the Brittain Academy Home School in High Point, NC. This self-paced mail order program did not challenge either of my two sons nor did it hold them accountable for the work that was assigned or any kind of deadline or timeline. My eldest enrolled at 11th grade and wouldn't do the work. After turning 18 Brittain Academy sold him a take-home exam for $550 in exchange for a High School Diploma that hasn't been accepted at any of the Universities or Colleges where my son has applied. From one parent to another: Unless your child is home bound and can't keep a schedule or meet deadlines, I suggest you avoid this horrible program. Your money would be better spent on an online Community College or Certified program that has a schedule and standards appropriate for your child's learning potential. My sons certainly did not reach their potential here. Avoid this program.

Great alternative for public high school. My child graduated with honors and has been accepted to several fine colleges including UNC and Guilford College. We had no problem getting the diploma accepted everywhere we applied to college. This is a legitimate school with accredited teachers and faculty.

This is a self-paced program that does not challenge the average student. We have been DENIED by four community colleges because they are not accepting the Brittain Academy High School diplomas. What do we do now? Has this all been a complete waste of time?

Brittain Academy sold my son a High School diploma for $550 without completing the work. In fact, my son did not complete one class at Brittain Academy. He simply turned 18 and took their 'standardized test' and mailed him a High School diploma in exchange for $550. Extra for cap and gown.

My son dropped out of 11th grade in High School with his mother's permission (not mine) and enrolled in Brittain Academy for about a year where he was allowed to do as little or as much work as he wanted. They mailed him worksheets tailored for a 5th grader and he ultimately didn't finish a single online quiz or class during the year. At the end when he turned 18 Brittain Academy sent him a Take-Home exam (again tailored for a 5th grader) and awarded him a High School diploma in exchange for $550 yet my son didn't finish a single class for 11th or 12th grade. This school is a complete scam and should be shut down. Read the online history from other parents. They also keep changing locations and are now located in High Point, NC. Do not enroll your student in this program. It might sound nice but they will not get a good education here. All they want is your money.

Awesome home school with the best guidance available by Linde Brittain, as she treats her students as if each child was her own. They are taught at home without constraints and at their own paces. Linde Brittain has a heart of gold and gets blamed when some students quit or do not apply themselves. Just remember people," you can lead a horse to water, but you can not make them drink!" I thank her for opening her school, accepting my kids into the home school packet program and most of all for her ambition to put her heart into her schooling and students as if each one of them was her own. May God Bless her always! My eldest daughter graduated from Brittain Academy and her success at Wingate School of Pharmacy has everything to do with Linde Brittain and her home school program at BRITTAIN ACADEMY!! She has three years left and will be only 23 years old when she graduates as a Pharmacist. Thank you Linde Brittain for everything you do at Brittain Academy as you are a great mentor with an excellent fun filled calendar of events that even home schooled students can enjoy yearly. Well worth the money and peace of mind as no student is looked over or EVER LEFT BEHIND!!

I love my school!!! Dr. Brittain is awesome and is always there when I need her. And I can even go to the school when ever I want to still get in some chill time with my friends. I don't ever want to go back to public school again!!!

Its a great school got my diploma from brittain in August, they clearly tell you that gtcc doesnt take the diploma from them but ftcc does I start in the spring and the ladies are WONDER FUL

I would like to know where you all so called graduaed from college with this fake diploma. I can't get ino any college with it. Not even GTCC which is the communiy college or any online school. It's a scam, they just want your money.

this school is a very smart decision for any parent to send their child. the people who work there are very supportive and help you throughout the whole educational experience. if i had to do it all over again i would still most definitely send my child there

Not a bad place to go too in you need people too care about what you need too get done. The schooling was way new to me and the texting was much better then any place ever. I'm stoaked I got through and could move on. Always room for improvment tho JUSTEN...

I was asked to review this school after going through the programs and I must say, its good. it took a few calls from the academy's office, but I got into college and I know it was worth everything. Some of the people are verry understanding of all it takes for getting back into school and I'm glad I did.

The adult high school diploma program works. I got my diploma and went to college. I have a degree now and for that I am grateful. 5 stars!

This school is the most fun place to graduate from. I have been to many schools and this one I learned at my pace and passed while having a good time.
