I am Noble's new Head of School, and one of the many reasons I find Noble so impressive is that I am a mother of two, with one young adult son who would have greatly benefited from everything Noble Academy has to offer, if only we had lived here when he was a student. And as an educator, the team here makes teaching, learning, and changing kids' lives all joyful experiences. When I applied for the position, I wasn't looking for just any job, I was looking for a place where I could be proud of building positive relationships that inspire student success, and I found it. Our small class sizes, personalized teaching, close faculty collaboration, commitment to best practices, strong community ties, accredited partnership with Wilson Reading System®, and expertise with learning differences are just some of the reasons that families -- and employees -- choose Noble Academy. Even the best public school programs cannot match what we offer, and what we deliver. Since I arrived, parents reach out to me each week to tell me about the difference in their child since joining Noble Academy. So far I have had four families in two months tell me that they moved here entirely, or in part, because they knew Noble would be the best thing for their child (some moving from as far away as the West Coast). Even on a tour you can feel the dedication of the adults and the engagement of the learners. People here feel comfortable to tackle things that challenge them, to make mistakes as part of the growth process, and to be themselves. I sincerely want everyone to know that I am proud to be Noble!

The purpose of a student attending this school is because they have learning disabilities. Students get the support they need in a "real" school environment. My child would not make it through high school if they did not go to this school.

My son has been a student at the school for 7 years. I have been teaching there for three years. My experience has been excellent as both a parent and teachers.

I couldn't disagree more with the comment made in August 2016. My student was able to go on to college from Noble Academy, having learned to advocate for the needs he has to be a successful learner. I can assure you he would have never gotten that at any of the 5 other schools my other children attended, both public and private. With regard to the 13 year comment, considering the school was only 3rd thru 12th grade until a few years ago, there is no way anyone has been in school there 13 years.

This school does not empower the students, to learn more, to do more--it actually enables them to do less!----It does not prepare them to go back into the main stream schools---but to be dependent upon them.-----Everything that appears good is not good!

I just don't like the school. It is too much work and the teachers are awful. I spent 13 years of my life here and all 13 years were awful.

Noble Academy has been a blessing for our family. Gone are the homework battles and the lack of organization which led to nonproductive blaming and eroding of my children's self confidence. I truly wish we had enrolled both of our sons their earlier in their schooling. The structure allows them to feel safe in exploring what their strengths and weaknesses are without it reflecting negatively on them. If they start down one road and it doesn't work, they back up and try it from a different angle. We believe this, will be what ultimately makes them happy and successful in whatever college and career choices they make going forward.

Noble Academy provides an atmosphere that makes learning enjoyable. My son, diagnosed with ADHD - inattentive, no longer needs to be medicated in order to learn. I highly recommend this school as an alternative to medication (when not needed).

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Noble. The teachers & staff are exceptional. With classroom sizes of 4 to 8, the children are giving very individualized instruction. My son has dyslexia, dysgraphia, & ADHD. At Noble, he was taught how to learn with his disabilities & became a very confident student. After 4 years at Noble, he has transitioned into a competitive middle school & has earned all A's. We are so lucky to have this wonderful school in Greensboro.

Noble Academy has made a tremendously positive change in my son's life as well as the entire family. The small classes as well as the individual attention provide by the well qualified teachers has made my son into a much happier self confident young man. Family life has become far less stressful due to the extra help he has received as well as the friends he has made at Noble. The school offers a full high school experience with the added benefit of a smaller, more caring environment.

My daughter has attended Noble for two years now and has gone from a child who hated to learn to one that loves to learn. I am amazed every day how much she loves going to school every day. Her self esteem is through the roof. She has made so many wonderful friends. She is excelling in all areas, academically, socially and in athletics. I am so thankful everyday for this school.

The staff and teachers know the individual needs of each and every student. I couldn't ask for a better school for my children's needs! Noble is a true blessing for our family.

My girls both attend Noble Academy. My oldest did not want to leave her friends from public school and now loves Noble. They love their classes, their teachers and the sports! The teachers are nurturing, supportive and creative. My kids now love to learn. No one gets left out at Noble. The atmosphere is positive and inviting.
