My family has been so blessed to have found a Christian, Classical education for my kindergartner. We have been beyond impressed with the learning opportunities set forth for the children and the exposure their program brings. The children are offered electives (art, music, computer, library, PE), reading, writing, math, phonics, bible, playtime. The teachers and staff are loving, and have no problem loving on the children and making them feel they are special and worthy. I look forward to continuing to partnership with Caldwell and hopefully see my son graduate class of 2037 as an Eagle.

Caldwell kicked out my 5 year old after one week of school for throwing a tantrum. They restrained my child by holding his hand and his feet down, instead of trying to calm him down. Caldwell never brought that up. They let us believe it was all him and expelled him stating they don’t have the resources to handle his emotions. What’s more they refused to return the tution money they made us pay months in advance.Caldwell states “We desire to love your children well and show them the love of Christ through us.”The whole thing feels like a scam. Nothing but a facade to trap Christian families. Where are their Christian values? How does this portray the love of Christ? I wish they didn’t use the lord’s name in vain.On this note, I would like to say if you are a christian family with a kindergartner who can have a tantrum on the first week of school. It’s not worth the investment. I hope Caldwell can reflect on this situation and prevent it from happening again to another family.

Caldwell Academy is such a true gift to our family. The partnership of the staff with parents to teach and shepherd our children is like no other. We have been so pleased at how each teacher has truly cared for and valued our children. Not only are they supported academically but spiritually as well. Our daughter is academically gifted and is thriving at Caldwell. Our son has a learning disability and we have been so grateful for the additional support he has received. Each year Caldwell has added additional resources such as a learning specialist and different programs to help him flourish! Everything at Caldwell is done with intention and prayer and it truly shows. We cannot express how blessed we feel to be part of the Caldwell family!

Caldwell Academy has exceeded our expectations since enrolling our kindergartener, 5th grader, and 8th grader this year. The commitment to excellence in academics is impressive, ensuring our children are challenged yet supported when needed. Additionally, the incorporation of strong Christian values into the education is a key aspect that aligns with our family's beliefs. The sense of community at Caldwell Academy is remarkable; it fosters a warm and inclusive atmosphere that has made our transition seamless. We are genuinely pleased with our decision to enroll our children at Caldwell Academy and highly recommend experiencing the Caldwell difference!

Our family has been blessed by the staff, teachers, and families, at Caldwell Academy. As rising 3rd graders, we have seen a tremendous amount of growth in our daughters' 1st year at Caldwell both academically and spiritually. Since moving to Greensboro from out of state, we knew we would need to find a healthy, thriving community for our family and Caldwell has been a blessing to us in that regard. From the beginning stages of admission, everyone at Caldwell was so hospitable and welcoming. It is an honor to partner with them for our children's education, and work together towards building a solid foundation of faith.

My family has been a part of the Caldwell community since August 2020. Today, we have one student in 1st grade and another in TK. We could not be happier with the school, teachers, & the staff. My wife and I did extensive research on the area schools before our youngest started Kindergarten. It was a no-brainer where we wanted our kids to attend after our 1st tour with Enrollment Director April Hedman. April, and every teacher we met, displayed a deep passion for Caldwell and its Classical, Christian approach. It’s an honor to partner with Caldwell in our children’s education. I highly recommend considering Caldwell Academy!

We could not be more pleased with our experience at Caldwell Academy. I began searching for the right school fit for my oldest when she was 2 years old. I began touring schools, doing online research, and talking to everyone I knew about the local options. We landed at Caldwell for Kindergarten in August 2020 - the first pandemic year. Even though the school was unable to operate normally due to covid restrictions (limited parent contact/events, limited school events, etc), I could tell already it was the right fit. They managed to keep the children in-person all year, and were so respectful & supportive of everyones varying perspectives. My daughter loved her teachers & classmates, and looked forward to going to school every day. The more I get to know the school, the more I am impressed by what they have to offer. I was able to guest judge the senior thesis presentations in the upper school and was blown away - the way the school had prepared these seniors was impressive to witness. My favorite part about Caldwell is how they teach children to see the world - that every human is a Child of God and should be treated with love, dignity & respect, while also standing firm on the standards the Bible sets forth for Christians to honor & uphold, even when the world is trying to influence them differently. Please visit Caldwell and consider them for your child's education! We welcome you!

This school has been such a blessing for our family. The classical approach, small classes, and the faith based addition to the curriculum allows our children to relate day to day with the word.

This is our second year at Caldwell Academy. Our children love attending Caldwell. The teachers are great and truly care for each student. If you are looking for a fantastic classical, Christian education for your children, this is the place to be!

We have two children at Caldwell (3rd and 8th grade), and both started in kindergarten. We’re very pleased with the rigor and curriculum as well as quality of the fine arts program. The community is welcoming and feels like family. We love the Christian emphasis and ability for our kids and teachers to be able to pray for each other during school. We highly recommend Caldwell as a school of choice in the area.

Our experience has been fantastic at this school. We knew other families whose children attended the school and it was highly recommended by all. We decided to visit and go on a tour and we knew right then it was the right place for our child to receive her education. Providing her with a quality education in a Christian environment was a must for us, but after learning about the Classical education model we fell in love with that, too. The family atmosphere and the love the teachers and staff have for the children is unbelievable. If you are considering Caldwell, please be sure to book a tour ASAP!

We have had 2 children at Caldwell Academy since Kindergarten. Our current college age child expresses thankfulness for how well prepared she has been for college. She has been well equipped for the academic demands of college courses and has the necessary skills to work independently. She is not overwhelmed by the work required and is comfortable communicating with both peers and her professors. Our current high school student has shown an increase in independence and does not seem overwhelmed moving towards the college experience and recognizes how well prepared his sibling has been for the transition. My children have been encouraged throughout their school years by their teachers, the administration and coaches. Small classroom sizes allow them the confidence to speak out and get assistance as needed. They have also demonstrated an ability to show respect to others whether classmates or teammates and friends outside of their school community. My children have grown in maturity while being encouraged through both failures and successes.

Caldwell Academy is one of our families greatest blessings. The community and classical Christian education are a perfect fit for our family. Each teacher has truly gone above and beyond to love our children and shepherd their hearts. With the smaller class sized they truly get to know your child and teach their whole being... not only academically, but also spiritually. We are incredibly thankful for Caldwell Academy!

Do not let your kid go here. The board lets so many things slide: for example, white students have said the n-word multiple times and let off with a warning. If you are white, a heterosexual man, conservative, a Christian, and inherently rich, you will thrive here. If you are anything besides that, you will absolutely have a horrible experience. Caldwell pertains to a certain demographic, and if you do not fit in that, you will feel isolated and alone. This school constantly upholds the idea of family... as long as you fit into their idea of a perfect student. You can't speak your mind without feeling judged or ridiculed. I would give this school 0 stars if it let me. The only good thing I got from Caldwell was my graduation diploma.

Without question, I believe Caldwell Academy is THE school for Christian families looking for a community that leans into faith and educational rigor for students of all grades. As a former student of Caldwell Academy, I knew Caldwell was the best fit for our son's education. Their approach to classical education is uncompromised when it comes to ensuring your child has a strong, and practical foundation for their educational journey. As Christians who believe in leading our family with Jesus' teachings, we appreciate how Caldwell's Christian values come alongside us and help reinforce key messages for our son as he grows in both his knowledge and his faith.

I would HIGHLY recommend Caldwell Academy! The incredible Christian foundation, strong Classical education and supportive community of families/staff/teachers make this school stand out among the rest. I know my children are growing, learning and safe...while feeling confident they are adequately prepared for college. I highly recommend taking a tour of the Caldwell campus and learning about all this school has to offer. FIVE STARS!!!

We've had three children go through Caldwell, all with different abilities and needs, and all have been flourished in their own ways. They have been taught well, nurtured deeply, and loved intensely.

Caldwell has been a life changing occurrence for our family. We came from a public school setting where teacher communications were poor, learning differences weren't managed, or even recognized for that matter. We saw a difference in our daughter within the first 2 weeks of our arrival on campus. We were greeted with open arms and embraced by every. single. person. And we are still to this day. I love that Sam Cox, our head of school, knows my name...my husband's name...and knows interesting facts about both of our kids and our family. I love all of the extracurriculars and the enthusiasm behind every student that participates (and those that don't)! I love the staff...I love the hands-on learning...I love the traditions, the friendships, the connections between all of the students. From kindergarten to seniors....from pre-k to 5th grade...There is absolutely not a better place for our children.

Excellent. I have three children of different learning styles and abilities who have all received an excellent education. I am actually coming to believe that the classical approach to learning is the best approach to helping my learning challenged daughter retain and analyze information.
