Following the guidelines of this site, "civil" in terms of education personnel ethical conduct is as follows: CIVIL: polished and skilled in the using and positive qualities of the child such as " adorable," " great," "good disposition," to cover up the school staff's ability to discriminate a child based on his or her disability encumbrances. She shall proceed with this review if this is the term allowed here. 1. overall school quality: a) Leadership: By observations and personal experience, leadership is only allowed at the upper management level, such as director, principal, CEO, etc. Based on my experience, teachers lack the initiative to speak up to the parents as they are always under the supervision of an upper-level supervisor. Teachers lured parents to last-minute meetings unprepared, undocumented, and lacking official and pertinent classroom data to support claims made to advocate the dismissal of a student. The last-minute meeting becomes an official " two weeks' notice to find another school for your child." Under the educator's oath of ethics: "The educator, [believing in the worth and dignity of each human being], recognizes the supreme importance of the pursuit of truth, devotion to excellence, and the nurture of the democratic principles. Essential to these goals is the protection of freedom to learn and to teach and the guarantee of equal educational opportunity for all. The educator accepts the responsibility to adhere to the highest ethical standards." CREOs lack compliance with their fundamental role as educators, especially the last sentence, "higher ethical standards [leadership]. 2. Please have a sense of curiosity to decipher your child's behaviors and rhetorical speech about their school day, which are perplexing due to their disability about bullying and teacher interactions. CREO does not like a parent to inquire about what their child experiences during recess. 3. CREO does not support learning for different learning styles that require extra work. They market their school as neuro-diverse friendly, but it is just a marketing slogan. I was never given written warnings or written resolutions for my child's soothing behaviors to see needed attention; seeking attention could be a part of their ADS medical diagnosis. I think CREO can benefit from revising its business/academic structure to align with the American Disability Act's specifics before dismissing a child. Read reviews, and be your kid's presence.

There is truly no better school than Creo. This school was the best investment we have ever made in our children. The staff and teachers are absolutely incredible, and it is a wonderful community of people.

We absolutely love Creo! Our 5 yr old is learning so much and I love knowing that he’s safe and nurtured! Creo has a small family feel yet big enough for the kids to learn a ton and grow and express themselves in their areas of strength! Would highly recommend Creo! The head of school and assistant head are so caring and truly want what’s best for each student!

As a national educational consultant, I have visited and consulted with many schools all over the country. I am particularly taken with Creo Montessori. The level of authentic care for the education, well-being, and development of all of their students is remarkable. The educators are extremely passionate about their work, knowledgeable on developmental and educational practice, and have a keen desire to connect with each student. I have NEVER seen an educational establishment as fine as this one. When I learned that they have a wait list, I was not surprised at all. It is worth the wait, and they are who they say they are. This school is the only school I would ever send my children to. The program directors in particular are some of the most caring, dedicated, and relational people that I have ever had the pleasure of consulting with. 5 stars is the only rating I would ever give Creo. And a huge thank you to all of their professionals! You are making a significant difference in the lives of our future generation!

We found Creo after we had been struggling to find the right fit for our special needs child. He had tried several other types of school options including public, charter and even homeschooling. We stumbled across Creo at its inception and haven’t looked back. Our son began in 2nd grade and is now at the new Adolescent campus currently in 8th grade. He was working on life skills and academics in a new way and he was loving it. The focus on grace and courtesy had also stuck us as such a unique attribute of this type of education. The idea that this is their “home” and they are being “raised” during the day to be good, caring, love, and thoughtful human begins resonated. Since our son started after he was very established in core subjects, it was eye opening to watch our middle child read at such a young age and with such confidence. Her love of learning, reading, and researching hasn’t diminished over time. Having the 3-year cycle has had such an amazing impact on our children being able to build on skills in a continuous environment with the same teachers has been a blessing. We love Creo and have felt so fortunate to be a founding family and watch this school grow each year. To be able to provide this type of well rounded, thought provoking, integrative education to my children is beyond anything I could have imagined. As a yoga teacher, to see so many principles of self-care, self-esteem, self-love and humanity incorporated into their daily environment makes my heart sing.

First of all, the facility and campus is awful, it is in a business complex. We have been her 5 years and for years we were told they were looking for a better campus but the last year they have stopped saying it and cramming the kids in the small business complex. Drop off and pick up is a disaster in a fire zone with very little parking. This school has big plans to expand but the current space is already too small. The outdoor playground is tiny for the amount of kids that attend and they run on hard fake grass. They don't have much space at recess and even in the small area, they are not supervised properly. There have been so many issues on the plaoyground. The current adminstrations' focus is marketing and growth with videos and expanding their website. However, day to day, they are so disorganized with major commication failures that the safety of the children has been comprimised. They need to focus on retention on the safety of the current students.

Creo is phenomenal! Our son has gone to this school for over 5 years and his success can be directly correlated to the amazing education he receives at Creo!

We often say that it would be great to go back in time and have a school like this for us. The bilingual program is amazing and the farm to table gardening certification has been an added bonus. The school also offers band, sewing and art as a continuation of the curriculum. We honestly couldn't be happier with Creo.

We have 3 children at Creo and couldn't ask for more. Our children are supported and encouraged by the staff and most importantly they are happy!

My children love going to school. I don't have to fight to get them there in the morning and when I pick them up they don't want to leave. When looking for schools I wanted to find a school that had a strong educational approach, outdoor work space, a secure campus but also warm and caring staff. I found everything I was looking for!

We have been extremely pleased with the results of moving our toddler to Creo from Tutor Time. He used to cry every time we dropped him up, and come running when we picked him up after work. At Creo he happily walks into class and many days is so engaged in his activity that he doesn't want to leave! The teachers are wonderful, the exposure to Spanish is excellent, and the general philosophy of the Montessori program has been great for his development.

My 4 year old child hated every single day at this school and, at his young age, he used his worst behavior to make sure he would get out of school or he would be sent home. At first we did not understand why and we played along trying to make our child fit the mold. One day, however, we spent 30 min in his classroom for his birthday celebration at school and what my husband and I witnessed was very illuminating: birthday celebration at Creo is called a Sun Celebration - there is a "sun" in the center of the classroom and the birthday kid walks in circles around the sun while parents read stories and show pictures of the child. While the birthday kid is doing this, all other kids sit around the sun in a circle. What we totally disliked was that whenever one of the kids tried to speak or ask a question, the teacher would say (and I quote) "this is not your birthday, you cannot speak" or "this is not your birthday, you need to stay quiet" - suddenly the teacher sent a girl out of the circle to a corner because "she was talking too much" and truth is that the girl was sitting right next to me and up to that moment I had not even noticed the girl and never heard her talking, at least not "too much." Kids at Creo cannot be kids - they cannot talk out of place, they cannot walk, stand up, or do anything if it is not the "right" moment for them to do it... but then something else happened: as the teacher walked a little around the circle, one kid kicked the teacher from behind and yet the teacher did not say a word - she just turned around and ignored what had happened - reason being that this kid is the son of the Program Director. So one girl was sent out of the circle because she was "talking too much" but the naughty kid did not get any consequence for kicking his teacher??? I choose to see the positive in my child and to nurture it and I choose a school that will do the same. Creo did not work for us and now we are in remedial mode working with our child so that he understands that he is not "bad" - he is a good and amazingly smart boy who got himself out of Creo school.

We loved Creo from the very first moment! It’s all what I was looking for for my 2 year old! Very peaceful, calm, nurturing, clean, and engaging! Everybody is so nice and calm. I don’t know what are people saying about diversity, in my son’s class there are Caucasians, Indians, Mexicans, and Arabs! Even the teachers are diverse themselves!

Our children have been at three different schools, two of which are AMI certified Montessori schools. Creo is true to the Montessori core values. The children are allowed to learn at their own pace and the guides in the classrooms are respectful and allow the child to direct their learning. It is the exact school we were looking for in the East Valley and we highly recommend this school!

My children have attended this school since it's inception in 2014. Both are absolutely thriving; the teachers are well trained with very little staff turnover and administration is always helpful and open. The school truly stands for their mission, policies and their mission, which is great for me to see that a school will stand behind what they "preach." My past experiences with schools have been them bending their core mission/policies/etc to meet parent demands and pressure. This school is up front and honest and stays true to what they say. Love Creo and all they do. Beautiful environments

The community is one that is hard to fit into if you do not have the funds to support all of the additional costs. Although you can receive financial assistance, others know when you are on it.

This school pretends to be about Montessori education and children but through our experience we found that to be a complete misrepresentation. They are all business and zero compassion. If you fit a certain mold caucasian and wealthy, then you and your child will fit right in. The diversity is extremely limited and the school does nothing to modify that. The esthetics of the school are extremely appealing and everything is shinny and new but don't let that fool you, what they really care about is money and if for any reason your unable to pay their exorbitant tuition don't expect any kind of assistance other than "get a scholarship". I'll give one positive note. There is great teacher that works there Ms Lydi unfortunately mid year she was moved to another classroom which was very difficult on our child. The original teacher from the year prior was on maternity leave when she returned we didn't have too much experience with her other than an education night and both my husbands and I found her to lack the speaking skills and organization that Ms Lydi offered. I can say after talking to several families that for a private institution Creo doesn't come close to offering the community, structure, and compassion that Tempe Montessori does. So if your looking for a private Montessori school I would highly recommend touring there. We advised the school that we were financially struggling (our family took on the care of my 2 special needs siblings after the unexpected loss of my mother) and our child received placement at a charter school so she would be transferring. The schools response was basically don't let the door hit you on the way out. They then decided to come after us for months that our child didn't even attend and also kept our initial deposit. It seems to me like this is a sign they are either not utilizing funds properly or are in desperate need of money. Regardless it is very disturbing and I felt others should know what this school is truly about.

I have two children at Creo School and I could not be happier with the progress each have made; they are THRIVING. Both love coming to school every day and talk my ear off in the car ride home on their happenings at school each day; they both boast with pride and happiness. Not only are they confident in themselves while learning to be inquisitive and practice higher order thinking, they are also growing leaps and bounds academically, both being academically higher than what would be expected of them in a traditional setting. The teachers are incredible, and the Head of School and Asst Head of School are a phenomenal team; I could not imagine for a better educational team that Creo has created. The school environment is warm and welcoming with a aura of positivity and mutual respect. I could not be happier with Creo School and look forward to many many years with them as they grow through high school.
