Wheaton Christian Grammar School exceeded our expectations!! Our daughter loves all of her teachers and says they teach in a way that is easy to understand, they make learning fun and interactive. The leadership of this school is EXCELLENT!!! My husband and I highly recommend this school!!

Wheaton Christian Grammar School has exceeded our expectations since day 1. Our family is blessed and grateful for being a part of this superb school! The administration and teachers at WCGS consistently provide a learning haven, going over and beyond the confines of their duties. The inter- personal interaction among them, families and students is amazing, genuinely and openly caring relationships uphold their faith-based learning curriculum to the highest standard. The safe environment that they are, is unparalleled, pandemic or not. The structured schedules they provide are remarkable, ensuring that all students get the time and learning they deserve. We have a 3rd grader and 6th grader at Wheaton Christian. We have been part of this precious school family for 4 years now. It has been a tremendous blessing to us. The environment is positive, friendly, open, caring, nurturing and fun. Our children love the school and their teachers. The administration is hands-on, they listen very well and often incorporate feedback from the parents. The academics and faculty are top-notch. The teachers help students reach their full potential everyday. The facilities are outstanding and well maintained. The maintenance team works so hard to keep everything clean and in great condition. Wheaton Christian also has a very nice selection of programs and sports to ensure a rich experience inside and outside the classroom. The love of Christ is at the heart of Wheaton Christian, and His love shines through this school everyday.

As a former school principal and being involved with Christian schools for many years, WCGS is one of the BEST Christian schools I've ever experienced. The administrators are friendly and approachable and get to know every student and family by name. The teachers are caring and very knowledgeable and experienced in their fields. Not only is the curriculum impressive, but the teachers also provide challenging opportunities in the classroom. Students are well prepared for high school when they graduate from WCGS. There are many opportunities for parent involvement and the school values its volunteers. WCGS has so many great programs, but the best part of this school is that they integrate a biblical worldview into every area, academics, athletics, fine arts and in their relationships. Our family is so blessed to be a part of this school!! It is worth every dollar we pay in tuition!

I am so thankful that my children are able to attend Wheaton Christian Grammar School. They are receiving a top-notch education, forming lasting relationships with their peers, and receiving love and support from their teachers. My children can't wait to go to school each day. As a parent, that means the world to me. I am confident that this school is laying a vital foundation for my children that will stick with them for the rest of their lives. WCGS has been a fantastic school for three of my children. The faculty, staff, and administration are warm and caring, while demanding excellence. The strong infusion of Biblical worldview in all areas is the bedrock of the school.

Wheaton Christian Grammar School is unlike any other school I have ever known. One walk thru the doors and you know you have found a special place. It is a community, built not only by the families that attend, but by the many ways the teachers and administrators go above and beyond daily. I am so grateful for the amazing education my kids are receiving at WCGS! It truly cannot be beat.

WCGS definitely needs to work on enforcing rules. The lack of authority by the administration and teachers is creating an environment where the kids rule the school.

I love the commitment of our faculty, staff, and administration to provide a balanced academic experience for our students. There's a commitment to the whole child -- academically and spiritually -- as evidenced by the biblical worldview. The school supports parents and partners with them. The range of co-curricular activities is amazing. Fine arts, athletics, and many special interest concentrations fit the interests of nearly every student. Financial aid is available, and nearly 1/4 of the students receive some level of need-based assistance. Best of all, there's a real family feel at WCGS. Students leave WCGS with strong preparation for high school and character preparation for life.

Our experience at Wheaton Christian Grammar School, has shown us that 10,000 Reasons is more than a popular Christian song. We discovered WCGS in January 2014 as part of our search across Northern Illinois for an exceptional school for our incoming kindergartner. We interviewed several schools from Galena on the Mississippi River to downtown Chicago and WCGS was beyond compare in their commitment to growing the minds, hearts and faith of their children.

I've been involved with WCGS since 1995. My wife was a 3rd grade teacher there for five years and our girls currently attend. Over these many years, I've been nothing but impressed with the school. Academically, it's a notch above the public schools in the area. Athletically, their teams regularly beat the local schools. Their facilities are as good (if not better) than nearly all of the public schools in the area. But in the most important areas...(school culture, peer influence, teachers and administration, and world view)...WCGS is in a class of its own. Unlike the public schools that try to indoctrinate our children in a completely secular world view, WCGS approaches education through a biblical lens. The school does an excellent job of blending scripture and biblical teaching into all subjects. The teachers and staff pray with our kids regularly, lead chapels, conduct small groups, and get to know them personally. I recognize tuition is not cheap, but how can you put a price on the future of your child? For me it's clear. I'm willing to sacrifice whatever is needed for my kids to attend WCGS and greatly increase their chances of walking into adulthood as Christ-followers.
