We moved from a small private school in San Francisco that was well regarded. The school academics are very good, and Brian Lynch is a caring leader who is empathetic and cares about the student community. Kids are very prepared for high school and grade cohorts are small. There is a lot of enrichment including math club, steel pans, design lab, band, clubs on inclusion, community service and sports. My son is happy here so far!

This is a terrible school. We came from a far superior district and specifically here is what we witnessed: the math teacher could not teach the subject. Our child had to teach the other children. Many children "opt out" of math and just do it elsewhere, we wish we had known about this option. A child assaulted a teacher and led the police on a physical chase across campus. None of the parents were notified. Multiple drug deals were done. No parental notification. The administration is ineffective. The 8th grade physics teacher literally told the children how much he hated the school and mysteriously disappeared the last month of school, no explanation. Nothing was taught. No Math was taught once prep for the California state assessments started. Literally no new material was taught at ALL. The lunch situation is a free-for-all with kids throwing food at piegons and nowhere to sit. The music program is crammed into one trailer, and at least 50 kids had to share a space when strings was mysteriously "canceled". It took the tech department almost 3 months to get our child onto Alma and have a consistently working laptop. This is the most poorly run school district I have ever seen. This boils down to ineffective administration. We were only here for one year, as we decided to get OUT. Thank God our children are smart and competent. You have MANY better choices around here. Don't subject your kids to this, if you have the money to live in Tiburon you can choose Mill Valley, Kent, Novato, Ross...all SO much better. Such an incredible disappointment,

Horrible, I was bullied and most teachers did not care at all. I have several learning disabilities and not matter how much I tried to get help for them no one helped. Their are only four teachers that I liked, the rest were completely horrible. Faculty were honestly the worst they favored white male students. The stupidest things have been banned. There has been no step toward trying to stop bullying
