This school was my daughter's first introduction to education in the USA and it's an incredible school. Her Kindergarten teacher created the most nurturing and positive environment for the class that my daugher couldn't wait to go to school every day. Her 1st grade teacher was the most supportive and caring teacher I've had the privilege to meet. The head teacher believes passionately in the school and her students. Safety is Paramount and I felt happy sending my child into school every day. Parent interaction and school community is so strong here. The active PTA work so hard to provide fun and engaging events for the kids and their families. We were very sad to move out of State and leave this wonderful school.

Teachers at Jefferson are focused on developing the whole child. The school theme is 'Be a bucket filler'. Everyone there helps to create a feeling of community for the students.

I had two children attend Jefferson and was very impressed with the teachers, the programs and the overall environment. My children were challenged, had fun, made great friends and were cared for.

I have had the unique opportunity of having 3 children in 3 different schools in this community at the same time. I can say that Jefferson has an outstanding pre-school program. The teachers are amazing and my child has been thriving under their guidance. Great principal. Very friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend this school.

This is my second year at the school and I am pleased with the teachers, staff and principal. My child is not only thriving academically, but socially as well. She loves attending school on a daily basis. The principal really cares about the children. Every week she has birthday lunches to celebrate the kids birthdays and half birthdays throughout the year. The kids look forward to their special lunch with the principal. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The school is always immaculate. I look forward to another child attending next year and know that my children are in very capable hands.

I agree with the other parents, its not a school that accommodates special needs. Im talking simple stuff like dealing with ADD or children who need support groups for certain things like dealing with divorce. The principal is nice enough but she is sort of like Ms. Frizzle and Im not sure she has a real grasp on reality. We had the child study meet with us and what a joke, they didnt even interview my child or know who she was. The meeting was poorly organized and with no real resolution. Teachers seem ok though.
