    If I didn’t live in Spencer my son would not go to this school at all. Spencer shouldn’t even have this school open

    The teachers are wonderful and very professional! They are challenging and also able to access problem areas where my daughter struggles. My daughter looks forward to going to school everyday!!! They started programs for families in the evening. We just attended a movie night and the children had a wonderful time.

    I have a 4th grade student with special needs at Wire Village Elementary and he is having a great year. His teacher is always in communication with me, pushes him to do his best, and holds him accountable for his behavior good and bad. The principal is always available and will make time for you no matter how small the concern. The guidance counselor is awesome and all of the kids love him,"he teaches cool classroom lessons" says my son. If you attend the after school functions they are always a blast and educational. I'm very happy, my only complaint is that he won't be there next year.

    I have two boys with special needs, I am appauld with the lack of professionalism and skill the administration and teachers have shown my children. They have no Aba program, they call and attempt to send my son home 1-2 times a week for behaviors, shutting him In a conference room when he had difficulties. When I refused to pick him up, they filed a 51a on me ( I am myself a mandated reporter) and dcf told me it was the most retaliatory cliam they ever had the shame of havering to investigate and told me to sue. I am heart broken for the special needs kids of spencer, and I can't wait to get my babies out of this dreadful racists, backwards school
