My child no longer attends here. However, we experienced bullying, many teachers and staff (but not all - some are truly wonderful!) who were very strict and offered no flexibility for how different children learn or process, and the school's refusal to work with us. Bullying issues were put back on us (e.g. if your child didn't do X, they wouldn't do Y). My elementary aged child literally had bruises, was told to commit suicide, etc. by other students and the school provided no protection other than to have a teacher tell the class that bullying isn't ok. Even knowing who the culprits were, no discussions were had with them or their parents. My child needed accommodations and the school created constant roadblocks to getting an assessment for IEP/504 accommodation. As is the case with many private schools, there is little-to-no flexibility and anyone who doesn't fit the "norm" is ostracized by other students and often many teachers until they choose to find schooling elsewhere. We switched to public school and have had an exceptional experience since.

The teachers are committed and provide interesting and challending work. Much of the curriculum is individualized. There is strong leadership and a supportive and involved parent and church community.
