St. Anselm is a remarkable school in Marin County. I am very pleased with my experience and I know that students leaving St. Anselm will go on to do great things because of the foundation from this school.

St. Anselm School is a wonderful community of families. My children are very happy there and although it’s academically challenging, the teachers are always available to meet to discuss an individual plan for each student. I highly recommend this school!

St. Anselm School has been a wonderful place for my children to spend their childhood years. The school has provided a caring environment where my girls have thrived and were held to high standards both academically and socio/emotionally. Children at St. Anselm blossom in a structured and caring environment surrounded by teachers that love and want the best for their students. The teachers and staff at St. Anselm will do all that they can to bring out the best in each child. As a result of this, students at St. Anselm are HAPPY! My girls left St. Anselm extraordinarily prepared for High School and ready to be challenged in Honors and AP courses. If you have the ability to send your child to St. Anselm School they will benefit greatly from the Catholic education your are providing them.

We have had four children go through St. Anselm's. They couldn't be more prepared. They were all accepted to great high schools, but more importantly AMAZING universities. I am certain that St. Anselm's moral and academic foundation made this possible.

Our family has had an exceptional experience at St. Anselm School. Our children have learned a lot, developed into good, compassionate people and feel happy and safe at St. Anselm's. We feel very fortunate to have found this challenging, yet warm, faith-based community for our children.

St Anselm provided a nurturing, positive community for my children that kept them grounded and challenged during the 9 years they were there. The utilization of school families allowed the middle school students to interact with the younger students and took the pressure off of growing up to fast while the elementary age students benefited from these amazing role models. St Anselm's focus on academic excellence is apparent in the culture and prepared them to excel in honors courses at Marin Catholic.St Anselm has also established an amazing community around the parish and school with lifelong friendships created through school involvement, coaching, parent activities and numerous outlets for volunteering.

We have been very happy with our son's education so far at St. Anselm School. We truly see a difference in his knowledge base and his reading has skyrocketed. He loves his friends, his teachers, and he comes home happy at the end of the day. We are looking forward to the upcoming school year.

My husband and I have been thrilled with our choice to send our children to St. Anselm. We love the great sense of community and the fantastic education our children have received. There is such a great balance of religion, education, traditions, and fun. This year, we have also seen transitions in the administration, and I think it has all happened so smoothly. While we were sad to see the old principal leave we are very happy with her replacement. I think she will continue to do great things for the school!

The secret of St. Anselm's success is simple - genuine focus on the things that matter in life - Followers of Christ, Academically Prepared Individuals, Intellectually Engaged, Technologically Responsible, Humanitarian Citizens. St. Anselm delivers on all fronts. The teachers and administration are intellectually engaged, caring and true team players. The children are happy, age appropriate and genuinely care about each other and the world around them. What more can you ask for in life?

St. Anselm School is the jewel of the Ross Valley. The students are well prepared for highschool and have an outstanding reputation among the private schools in the Bay Area.

I can't thank the Middle School teachers at St. Anselm enough for the amazing experience my son has had since transferring there after a year in public middle school. He loves school, his friends, his teachers and has truly flourished since we joined the St. Anselm community. My husband and I are so thrilled and strongly encourage other families to look at St. Anselm !

Probably the best parish school in Marin County. Constantly leeds both public and private schools in test score while developing a well rounded child. Parent involvement is encouraged and there are numerous ways to be involved. From volunteering as a CYO coach, sitting on the Advisory board or just showing up for the dad's boosters events, there is something for everyone.

St. Anselm's has a very high level of parent involvement, but I have to agree with the parent who first brought up the "in group." Our children attended St. Anselm's for three years before we changed schools. While many of the parents - mostly the new families - were extremely nice, there was definitely a very exclusive clique of parents who go beyond being unwelcoming to the point of being outright rude. These pretentious (with no reason to be), leisure-suit-wearing, ladies who lunch ruined the entire school experience for us. We were also disappointed in the academics, feeling that our children actually regressed in the years they were there. Those who love St. Anselm's really love it. But it's not for everyone. I would recommend getting a good feel for who the parents would be in your child(ren)'s class(es) before making any decision.
