St. Raphael's school is an amazing place. The teachers and principal set up the students for success and definitely go above and beyond the call of duty. It is a diverse student body, and their VERITAS program is another added bonus. The parents are highly involved as well, a great all around place for your child to grow and learn with a supportive community and staff!

The love for educating youth are a gift. Many, many teachers have credentials to teach curriculum, however the St Raphael Catholic School teachers love their work, therefore they teach from the heart. It starts with the Principal, Lydia Collins and permeates throughout the school. A place where all youth are valued for who they are; and how beautifully made. The after school programs are exceptional.

I love this school. The children are happy and are thriving. Just the other day one student asked, "How do I set the world on FIRE?" The schools motto from Saint Catherine of Siena say "Be who God meant you to be, and you will set the world on Fire." They are getting a great education. I am always amazed by the dedication from the faculty.

I have found a place where I can "be who God meant me to be" so in turn, I can teach my students to follow His voice and find meaning in their lives, both now and in the future. I love my job at Saint Raphael School!

St. Raphael's school is a place where teachers are full of enthusiasm and motivate their students. When I visited the campus for a school tour, I was welcomed by smiling faces of children. I noticed that each classroom was equipped with smartboards and document cameras, and as I continued down the halls students were engaged in many different lessons. One class was filming iMovies using iPads. Overall, I was impressed with the schools passion in providing a great environment for students to build their 21st century skills.

Great Preschool and K-8 School. Very professional teacher staff and very welcoming community. My kids are excited to be there every day and have so much fun learning/studying. New GYM, Upgrade Science Lab and Computer Lab, library and student store, you name it. Dedicated & friendly middle school students guide the lower grades in their "family". My kids are set with great academic expectation and well-grounded in life for future high school or college.

From the moment we toured St. Raphael School we knew that this was a special, unique, dedicated, and caring school. It was exactly the type of environment we wanted our kids to learn in, and the kind of community we wanted to become a part of as a family. We appreciate everything about the school: a Principal who works hand-in-hand with parents (and knows everyone by name--not an easy feat!); down-to-earth and diverse families; caring and committed teachers; thoughtful academics; great classroom resources... the list goes on. The older kids, particularly the middle schoolers, are incredible role models to the younger ones--they're all such good kids who are kind and polite, and so willing to watch out for and help the younger kids, which I think says a lot about a school. There is a genuine sense of community cultivated at St. Raphael School where families are involved and work together with the administration in order to give students the most positive experience possible plus the best prep for high school (and beyond). We feel very lucky to send our kids there!

Saint Raphael is a terrific K-8 school! We sent both of our children through the school for all nine years and both kids are excelling in a local College Preparatory High School. The teaching staff is excellent and with the small class size our kids received great 'one on one' instruction and tutoring when needed. The school community was a great environment for raising our kids from a young age all the way through the challenging middle school years. Our family gives this school an enthusiastic 5 star rating. You need to live it to believe it!

St. Raphael School is the best kept secret in Marin. You have incredible teachers & faculty, a principal who is so involved and easy to talk to. A curriculum that is challenging and yet geared to each child based on their needs. Smartboards, Computer lab, Art program, music classes, Spanish & sports are just the normal part of the curriculum. Plus, you have the most caring and involved parents & kids. It is truly a welcoming community both school and church that our family has come to call home.

My son is in second grade and we have been very pleased with the school They focus on creating a community of students and have excellent dedicated teachers. The curiculum covers everything from PE, music, computers, and Spanish to reading, writing, science and arithmetic. There is a high degree of parent involvement and dedication to the success of the school. Being part of a 125 year tradition is also special.
