I had been in this school district for a almost 8 years. My son had an incident in school where he got hurt on his head by another student and was given detention because after taking multiple punches he tried to defend himself by pushing the other child away. Not to say that was right either and I agreed with schools decision to suspend him. But my son started to show symptoms of concussion and some ringing in his ear. He ended up staying home few days cause his balance seemed to be off . When he went back the principle insisted that he be on ISS( in schools suspension his second day that he missed due too being sick with concussion ) given my son was already struggling with headaches and had a test before this break and he didn’t want to miss his test . I requested that to let him take his ISS after the break. The principle was so rude and said this was her school and she will not Change or accommodate And that I can pick him up.I was at work sadly I couldn’t have made it before noon, and she had moved from library and sit in nurse’s office . I have to say this has been a horrible experience and this principle This is been a horrible for me and my son due to unprofessional and unsympathetic approach This is a great community and schools are help to higher standards But in this situation that was not the case

First off, the education isn't that bad (at least compared to other schools). The teachers are a hit or miss though. Some are annoying and/or lazy while others are very good at teaching and are able to handle kids misbehaving. When I was in 5th and 6th grade homework was fine but when Covid hit the homework increased a lot. Bullying is a lot less of an issue than some kids say it is. When there is real bullying not much is done about it though. All of the kids either are annoyingly well behaved or horribly misbehaved. There are a lot of kids who get good grades but have parents that force them to basically only study or do education related stuff, but that's a problem with the parents not the school. Overall the school is fine but doesn't have much going for it.

I'm in 8th grade and most of the years I've been here were great. I don't think the principals do a good job at helping kids in their everyday life. Most teachers were great at teaching. The kids at the school are kinda wack but it is something I can deal with. The food in the cafeteria is bad and I know they have a high budget so why wouldn't they improve that or things to make the school a better environment. Overall I would say the school is 3/5.

Not enough bullying to make kids normal the school went downhill when Cameron O'Keefe left. #justiceforOqueef

This school is amazing. The teachers are so kind (or at least a majority of them were), I learned a lot, and overall, my experience here was great. The school is well-managed. However, bullying is a huge problem. Throughout my time in the middle school, I noticed that bullying becomes even more and more unnoticed. Many kids are calling each other names, using inappropriate language, and though the teachers are kind, they don’t seem to notice and/or care. But overall, I would recommend this school if your child is well-behaved. As long as you don’t get involved in drama, you’re guaranteed a very well experience at this school.

The school is good. The teachers are going a great job and my kids are happy.

The school, and the whole district for that matter, is virtually run by morons and hypocrites. Despite the high school taxes and high salaries, the superintendent and the principals didn't even care to pretend to care. So sad.

The school is actually pretty decent and for the majority of teachers there, they're doing a great job. However, the problem lies within the principals. They often show hypocrisy, and the guidance counselors also don't actually care about the problems of the school's students. Bullying has become a huge problem in this school and I'm really doubtful these principals have any say in this issue.

Great school with great facilities and extra curricular. Hard working teachers.
