CCS has many wonderful and not so great things. Most of the teachers are wonderful and really love teaching. The difficult part is when they rotate a 1st grade teacher to teach 5th grade, the teacher cannot adjust that the students are older and require a different more mature technique of teachingThe PTA do a a lot more than the school in reference to activities for the students. This is the sad part that the principle Mrs. D show little to no support compare the the other two elementary school which is Kramer Lane and CBS. She will come to school in sweat pants and hardly attend the PTA meeting. Other elementary principal will join/attend award ceremony given to their student by the district or town. Mrs D is always a no show and the students felt no appreciation from herBullying / misbehaving seems to be encourage by Mrs. D. Students loved to her to her office because she has candies and board games in the office when the students are sent for misbehaving. Some students purposely do bad things so they can go to her office.Teachers are complaining and making comments that some principal are for the student and some are for the teacher, Mrs D is neitherOVERALL, the teachers, security guard, and custodian are wonderful

The Bethpage Central School District is also proud of its many traditions that strengthen the bond between our district, alumni and the greater community. While many of our current Golden Eagles are shining stars in their respective athletic programs, our district is honored to recognize outstanding alumni and coaches for their athletic contributions through the district’s annual Wall of Fame ceremony. Howie Vogts, who began the Bethpage football program in 1953 and went on to become the winningest coach in New York State high school football, is one of our distinguished Wall of Fame honorees. In 2013, the district was pleased to also introduce the Hall of Fame. Sponsored by the Bethpage Educational Foundation, the Wall of Fame recognizes the accomplishments of students and staff from the district. Since 2013, 51 individuals/groups have been honored with this distinction. Each fall, our district looks forward to this annual event which showcases the pride that so many in our community have for the Bethpage schools!Once a Golden Eagle, always a Golden Eagle!

Charles Campagne Elementary School is an excellent school with awesome and very helpful teachers and it has a very friendly and educational environment. My daughter passed out of this school and I am very pleased with the education she received. I also have a son currently in this school and I am quite happy to see him doing so well in school. Bethpage School District no doubt is one of the best school district for kids.

We moved to Bethpage two years ago. We wanted Kramer Lane School but could not get a house in the area so we ended up buying in Charles Campagne which has turned out to be good. We are by the H.S and track off Caffrey Avenue which is very desired. No complaints because it's Bethpage Schools which are great.

Excellent school! I am thrilled with everything this school has to offer. The teachers are excellent, great parent participation, and the principal is hands on! The principal even came to my son's championship football game!
