My 9th grade daughter has attended EAS since kindergarten and we love the accepting atmosphere, the wonderful teachers, and the world-class music program. There are various class trips, and the smaller class sizes mean deeper relationships with the staff and the other families. Overall, we feel that there is no better place to get a quality, value-driven education!

I love this school! It is warm and friendly. I like that it is a small school so you get to know the office staff, teachers, other kids and parents. It is a very loving environment. My kids have really flourished. They came to this school shy and without confidence and they have changed because of the love and guidance of all the people involved with the school. I leave the kids at school without any worries.

My son came from the suburbs to this rural Christial school starting in 7th grade. He is achieving more than he ever did, now a straight "A" student. He feels a part of the community and actually wants to go to school. His classmates he calls "family". He is being challenged academically and supported by a great group of Christian teachers and staff he respects who share their Christ centered values in class. And to top it off, the campus is in a gorgeous setting of trees. It is very peaceful...a bit of heaven!

My son was bullied in public school so badly I was worried for his safety. In 7thgrade he transferred to Eas. He struggled academically. But the staff helped him become not only a good student but a good person. It was a struggle to pay tuition but everyone there helped in any way needed. My son graduated from there with a sense of community, life long friends and a thirst for knowledge... I am forever grateful to Eas for helping my boy become a man.

Principal does not care about students that are not outgoing or things like that, especially if he finds out you can't afford to go to his school and have to leave. The only real way I can describe him is a bully to the kids who "don't fit in" as far as not being wealthy, don't play sports, etc. I was bullied all day everyday years there and he said that I just needed to deal with it. The music teacher there is actually worse than him though, if you aren't part of the wealthy group of people she will make your self esteem go way down by saying you are terrible at music and trying to embarass you in front of the class.

Wonderful School! Outstanding teachers and principal! By far, the best school in El Dorado County! The teachers are competent, professional, kind and genuinely enjoy what they do. The principal is amazing as well. Great staff and students!!
