The principal has proven herself to us to be deceptive and self-serving, a very dangerous combination to have in an already poor performing school district. She is an Oswego native who has never lived or worked outside of Oswego and only knows Oswego, so parents who want their children to succeed and make it out of Oswego should be aware. Most of the teachers are great, and the music teachers are top notch.

Hello, I am a student that goes to this school. We have a really smart group of teachers this year and they are great at there job but, there are a few complaints I would like to make. Think about it, most middle schools should have how much time in between classes ?(so you can go to your locker, go to your room, or use the bathroom on the way) Well most answers to that question ranges from 5-10 minutes, which is reasonable. Well this school only gives you 3. It used to be 2 minutes but some students made complaints. I would like to raise this a little higher so we won't have to be ashamed to go to the bathroom... Also, if we do have to go to the bathroom during class instead of just going there is a long process you must go through (go to teacher and give them your planner to sign, go to the bathroom ONLY one person at a time, come back and get your planner signed again). Really? Also this school is not very sanitary. My friend got pizza sauce on the wall somehow and that was about two months ago. It is still there. Please help this school understand that we need more time in between classes. That is mine and every student's main issue. Thanks.

Most of the teachers are excellent, although the administration leaves a lot to be desired. The music department is really great. Parents, students and teachers alike are frustrated with the principal, yet continue to do their best regardless of her ignorance.
