The Principal should be replaced as soon as possible in order for this school to overcome with all the negativity.

My son attends this school and I have taught music in some of the class rooms. We have seen him grow exponentially in Mrs. Wecks' kindergarten class. The teachers there are caring, the support staff are friendly and everyone really wants to see the kids grow into kind, smart wonderful people. Snow is all about getting as many opportunities for their kids as possible. The teachers and principal are good with giving individual attention and responding to incidents without overreacting. This is a great school. My family is very happy with it.

My daughter has been going to this school since Kinder, now in 3rd. She loves this school and has a choice to go to private school but will never leave here. The staff is Awesome and try so hard to teach our children. My complaint is there are never any parents involved with the school. No one cares any more. No one involved in Any thing. Instead of putting people down, try to help out. LET'S see you teach a class of 27 kids for 6 hours a day with no help and no parents involved. No aides, nothing. Then one principle dealing with 400+ kids. She knows them all by name and becomes involved with the students. She ROCKS!!

Underfunded and poorly led. The teachers are simply worker bees being paid--$7k/mo, 12 mo/yr. The student body is primarily poor and Hispanic and the parents unconcerned and uninvolved. Any slight infraction will see your child handed over the school psychologist--a young guy barely out of his teens. The facility itself is run down and largely unsecured. If your child is male, expect him to be drugged for simply being male. The teachers are almost entirely female, with predictable consequences for boys. The entire student body is indoctrinated with cultural Marxism, AKA political correctness. The principle is an elitist hamster from Harvard University. The Snow school demographic is perfect for someone like her use your children as guinea pigs in her progressive experiment.

I have never heard of a school that bans beanies and gloves. Is my son supposed to freeze in the winter?! Also no kids are allowed to take backpacks. My son dislikes this school. I'm for sure not sending him here next year. We didn't even want to go here this year. He was pushed out of one school to this one.
