Saint Francis is a special place to me, both as a parent and an alumni. I made lifelong friends there and still remember all of my teachers, some of whom have taught my own kids. The school has an incredible amount of spirit and it brings everyone together in a way that other schools can't. It seems like every student that goes there is involved in at least a couple of extracurricular activities and it's actually unusual to see kids going home right after school. The campus is always buzzing with students well into the evening. The teachers are caring and the administration is professional. The staff devotes so much of their lives making the school great -putting in countless hours after school coaching, moderating clubs, or volunteering at events. If you go to Saint Francis, there is a good chance you'll walk away with great memories, lifelong friends and an unforgettable experience.

This is a great school overall. The teachers re true professionals. They push the students hard but are usually fair. Discipline is strict but compassionate. The school has issues with bullying and with special needs students, but the admin team is being proactive about improving those areas of the school.

Our family loves this school. Our child is extremely happy here. The schools caters to the needs of every child. Academics are top notch. The only thing I would like a change to is the policy of a few electives. In order to miss one semester of PE, the child has to be in marching band and foreign language all 4 years. Which is quite a ridiculous rule. Being in marching band itself is quite demanding. Because of this rule, kids cannot take an elective they are interested in. Like AP COMP SCIENCE. This is hurting them compared to others kids at this school or other schools. I wish they could change this rule. If the child is willing to show proficiency in high level courses, the school should allow the child to take the course and not force rules on him or her. Other than this, I have zero complaints. The teachers are very supportive and always available for help. The collaboration slots are highly effective. A very positive environment conducive to learning. Very very happy to give this education to my child.

This is an AMAZING Catholic College Prep school. We are Blessed to have so many wonderfully, loving, compassionate and passionate teachers. This is an extension of our home school and embraces Jesus' love. The kids and parents work in partnership with the Staff and Faculty to continue to mold and guide our children to be Stewards of God. A very challenging curriculum where students can explore their interests. The Block Schedule helps kids have a Balanced life in studying, extracurricular activities and healthy habits. We LOVE this school and are VERY VERY GRATEFUL for this FABULOUS Environment and community!!

St. Francis prepares you for life well beyond college. I really can't say enough about the people, families, teachers, coaches, facilities, & sports. Simply put, I wouldn't trade my four years at St. Francis for anything in the world!

My time at this school was a blend of incredible academics and activities. The experience was great and the coaches care. Other schools in the area get a rating of 10 and this school is a step above them. That should put things into perspective. It is a religious school and you have to be open to that as it is a part of going there. Even if you are not religious the overtone in the message is simple. Treat others well, little things matter and there is more to life than the little box you go to school in. If I had to choose a school again this would still be my first choice.

I've seen some really great things at St Francis and my child was very happy. The only concern I have is with the counseling staff. We went through 2 counselors, both of whom were not supportive at all. Options were not made available, information was not made available. but rather, they told our child to forget about getting a letter of recommendation in the Junior year because they felt there was no chance of getting into a college. This made our job, as parents, even more difficult trying to convince our child to forget about what the counselor and go ahead and get the recommendations and apply to college. Lucky for us our child finally listened and has been accepted to 80% of the colleges applied to - including the first choice. Counseling department was the only headache we had to deal with. Teachers have nothing but high praise for our child so we know there is support. They really need to revamp the counseling department.

As a parent of a sophmore at St. Francis, I couldn't be happier. All aspects of the school, teachers, administration, and students have been stellar. The campus is beautiful. The new student center is under way and will be completed soon. The academics are superb. The athletic program is top notch. All the programs are fantastic. There is something for every student. The school is wonderful, and you can see it reflected by the students....great, happy kids. We have to commute 30-40 minutes to get to St. Francis, and there's not one complaint about it. I'd travel twice that for my children to have this opportunity. Way to go, St. Francis!

I am a senior and will be crying at graduation because I have to leave. The teachers, and students are great. However, remember that every school has their problems not matter how loved.
