School cares more about gum, dress code, airpods, and phones more than physical safety other kids mental health.

An amazing school. The teachers really care about the students. I met amazing friends and people. There are little things like lunch food and some students that are troublesome but besides that I loved it there. I am now in my freshman year of high school and I still go back to visit teachers and see how everything is going. Outstanding band program and teacher :)

1/10. If I did not complain to the superintendent about this horrible school they would have let my child get tortured. A few good teachers are completely overwhelmed and over run by a gang like mentality that plague this school. The administration is worthless and ineffective. I got my child out of this hell hole as fast as I could. We have moved all over this country and this is by far the worst school have ever had the displeasure of sending our child!

I absolutely love Chase middle school! The teachers and staff are so helpful. This will be my daughter's 3rd year with Chase I have been so proud of her grades she has been receiving straight A's.

My daughter has attended Chase for 2 years now. She is thriving! We have had a couple of concerns that we have presented to either the counselor, the principle, or the teachers and each one has been addressed quickly and appropriately. The principle even called us specifically in response to an email we sent about a concern. That is pretty impressive with 1200 students! The school is also located in an excellent neighborhood. They offer great electives and opportunities for students. We are pleased with all aspects of this school.

In addition to the subaverage reading and math scores, I'd avoid this school and any others in the district due to the homophobic and arbitrary discipline policies. You'd do better to homeschool your kids then send them to any school in Romoland.

I do not think any student should go to this school. For reasons being, my daughter's grades have dramatically dropped. The school is also not in the greatest of areas. My children came from a very well respected school in a great area and I moved to a nice neighborhood and Ethan A. Chase is the only school they are allowed to attend. It is also not safe. "A county fire department spokeswoman said 18 STUDENTS were exposed to the FIREWORK, and five of them complained of intense ringing in their ears and were taken to a hospital for treatment." (valley news)

I love Ethan A. Chase. This school has an incredible teaching staff. They also have amazing after school activities such as basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, dance football, running, drama, and band. My daughter talks so highly about all of her teachers. Her favorites are Mr. Bunn and Mrs. Planchon. Way to go EACMS!

Ethan A. Chase Middle School has exceeded our expectations. Yes, we expect something great for our kids, but this year has been full of one great event or situation after the next for us. They have a new principal who is so refreshing and fabulous. They also have some teachers that we already knew from Boulder Ridge, formerly a middle school, who have been so consistently exceptional that ive wondered if this is great hiring or great training. I believe there is a big responsibility if mentioning names, and it never should be due to anything negative or personal. On the positive and long-term, Mrs. Morgan leads the all around consistently, unconditionally dedicated and effective list. Mr. Nelson, and Mr. Bunn lead a list of committed and determined teachers that you will be thankful to have your child exposed to. There are many. The support staff hasn't been the greatest. the office and lunch program don't represent the school well. The principal, the VP, and the teachers in general are excellent.

Pleasantly surprised! It is a shame that we would be "surprised" by a school being great....but, truthfully....that is how it is. One of our children attended this school last year....two this year. Last year, after attending open house and communicating with all our child's teachers regularly...I actually thought "okay, what is going on here?...why do all of these teachers seem to LIKE their jobs?....and the kids?!?!". So, here we go again....another year of the same. we have a 6th grader and a 7th grader. I have never felt so confident in our kids' teachers. even the PE teachers are motivated and way above average. if I could make a wish it would be to not have that ONE obnoxious cafeteria or yard duty teacher...who yells at all students way too aggressively. otherwise, thank you teachers and strong, effective principal and wonderfully engaging (with students) exceptional asst principal.
