My daughter very much enjoys her time at Boulder Ridge. Her teacher, the office staff, and especially the administrators are always available to discuss any concerns that I have had, which have been minimal! It is our first year here and my daughter loves it! It is a fun, safe, exciting place for her! She comes home happy, she is learning at a high rate, and she has made great friends! I love this school and am excited to spend the next few years here!!!

Both of my daughters left fifth grade well prepared to handle middle school both academically and mentally. They left their years at Boulder Ridge . Thank you for the support and growth of my children

Absolutely love this school! My daughter just started kindergarten but with all the programs and activities they offer kids, as well as parents, we are kept busy and having a ton of fun.

My experience over the years that my son has attended has been a roller coster, but with the change in leadership things are leading in a better direction. I strongly agree that having full time leadership on board was a huge improvement. They make not only our students feel welcomed at school but also their families. They make time to listen to the ideas/complaints that you have that may improve they way our school is. It's so great that the teachers are taking their strengths outside the classrooms and into after school programs. This change is going to make students want to attend school.

The staff that I have encountered have been caring and helpful. They want the students to be successful. The school has gone through many changes over the course of the 3 years I have been going and they are all positive. I'm excited to see the future of Boulder Ridge over the next 6 years as my children attend the school.

Overall it's been pretty great. We desperately needed new leadership and a new principal, and Mr. Mitchem has surpassed my expectations, I really hope he sticks around for awhile so he can really improve this school and fully implement all of his ideas. I love that we are getting more programs after school and think it's wonderful for the kids.

1st grade homework is preschool level.... My son was learning this in TK and is bored here.... No communication with staff and parents unless your child is getting in trouble.... Should really take more time picking the people they choose to be on the pay role here... Worst school I've ever had to deal with...

This was my son's 1st year at school there and was beginning in there T-k class. We had great expectations for this school and his teacher, but as soon as my son needed a little extra guidance he was cast aside for being a little different than most of the children. Scholastic, my son was already ahead and at a kindergarten and 1st grade levels in most of the learning. What my son lacked was some social skills he needed to learn, as to he is a only child. When guidance should have came into play by teachers he was cast aside, and bared the brunt for defending himself against kids who manipulated and picked on him. Boulder Ridge turned a positive place that he loved going to in the beginning, to a stressful, unhappy experience and in the end had to move him to another school to get a fresh start and hopefully a more compassionate teacher and staff.
