We are new to the district and we absolutely love this school. The teachers and staff are amazing. They truly care about your kiddos. My child has an IEP and some special education classes and everyone has been phenomenal through the entire process. The principal and assistant prinicpal are exceptional. They nipped a bully incident in the bud. Staff is very easy to communicate with. They use email alot which is GREAT. My son has made friends and really enjoys going to this school.

Absolutely horrible. I’m normally a very lax parent, but this school turned me into “that mom”; the one who has to constantly be in the VP’s office. A majority of the staff I’ve dealt with have been grossly unprofessional, and in some cases incompetent. I had to re-teach quite a lot of materials. It does seem to be a district issue where the schools teach different things, then when they all come together for 4th grade, some students are behind. There’s no consistency in learning. That makes it very difficult for the students. There is one incompetent teacher in particular that refused to teach my child after the teacher was spoken to for bullying my child. It was so bad that I had to pull my children out of school. The office staff do seem a little bit cold at first, but once you get to know them, they are very nice. I guess you have to have that harsh attitude when dealing with difficult parents all day. They always made waiting for the dreaded meetings a little bit easier. The nurse is quite nice and very capable in all areas of medical needs.

Fantastic caring teachers. My children were prepared for middle school leaving this school. We were satisfied with our experience.

My daughter went here and while fourth grade I felt was average, fifth was excellent. Mrs. Nelleson is such a wonderful teacher. She truly goes the extra mile for her students and we will never forget her!

Excellent teachers! We have Mrs. Krofel and she is wonderful and very organized! We love Duker!
