Great schools and youth programs, this little town has everything without the big price tag. Brand-new state of the art smart school just opened and I’m sure will make a big difference on school ratings and boost it up B+ Or A- soon

Mr. RIZZO is a great principal who cares. He is visible and available. This makes a real difference and sets the tone for a great school culture. The teachers and staff have a great role model in their principal and are committed to the education and social development of the kids. I am truly satisfied.

I moved to Lyndhurst a few years ago believing their school system was at least decent. Unfortunately, I discovered how overcrowded the schools are and disconnected school administrators are from parents and students in need. My son started in Roosevelt school for 2nd grade in which his teacher recommended him to be tested for the gifted and talented program. Upon calling the board of ed, the response was they do not test until 5th grade due to budget costs. In 3rd grade, his teacher insinuated he has ADHD and when notifying the school counsler she was too "busy" to provide any help or guidance in regard to this accusation. For 4th grade, my son was then transferred to Lincoln school where my his experience has been much better. However, I do not plan to have my son enter Lyndhurst High School in this less than adequate school system.

This school has amazing teachers, teachers that teach with passion and are warm and caring. My daughter has been in this school since Kindergarten and now she's in 5th grade. The teachers provide a high level of education and resolve any issues that needs to be taken care of.

Lets just start off that i am an eight grader at this school. I have been going to this school since kindergarden i know everything about this school. It may be old and ugly but its a great place. The teachers are great even though they get on my nerve sometimes. The principal is good too!

This school is..... well alright. The teachers are great, but the principal doesn't seem to be involved in many classes. Also, this school is the oldest in the district. It doesn't have any extracurricular in school and only offers Spanish as a language. I would have rated it lower, if not for the fantastic teachers.
