I have two students at Jackson. We have been supported and encouraged by teachers, administrators, staff, and PTA. Even though it is a large school, everyone is very friendly and makes an effort to get to know you and makes you feel like part of the community.

I went to school here and it is so amazing. The teachers care about you and try to make it the best years of your life. I transferred here after I finished 1st grade , and my 2nd grade teacher was the best . I love her so much, she made me feel welcomed and appreciated.

Last year I had an awesome teacher, this year has been a night mare. Staff doesn’t care to make things better. Some teachers should be fired.

New to the area and so happy with Jackson Elementary! The teachers and staff are all very friendly and my daughter enjoys going to school. Her teacher challenges her with learning new things and sends home effective homework each week. As a kindergartner I have seen my daughter grow and learn so many new things in just several months.

My son has been at JES from Kindergarten to 2nd grade and I couldn't be happier. His teachers have been spectacular and there appears to be great leadership from the Principal. My son has made great progress academically and there has be great communication with the school. Our experience at Jackson has actually played a big part in deciding whether to move or stay in the district.

My oldest attended JES since kindergarten just finished 5th grade there. My youngest would have been moving on to the 3rd grade. I am very sad that he will not stay at JES because we have moved . Both of my kids did excellent because they always had wonderful, caring teacher who went above and beyond to help my boys. They are both A and B honor roll students and reading above grade level. I couldn’t be prouder!

Most of the time people would do stuff and the teacher wouldn’t notice.Something like kids cursing, bullying, dating, and fighting. The time there I had was amazing, but I’ll admit it was not a good school from how I saw it.

My daughter started Kindergarten here and she loves it. I love how focused they are on the children and how everything they do, involving parents, is set in a planned and detailed manner. There is never any confusion for events or meetings and the teachers here are wonderful.

Great teachers, excellent gifted program and after school clubs. I like the safe environment and teachers close involvement in kids progress.

This is an excellent school that has great leadership, staff and a very diverse student body which has been key components for building my three children's "I-want-to-go" to school positive attitude at an early age. The awards they receive are a byproduct of a staff that nurtures a partnership between the school, parents, PTA, higher education institutions, businesses and communities to develop exceptional students / citizens.
