  My boys have had a very positive experience at Honeoye Central. Their course work appears relevant and rigorous. The school has prepared them well which is evident in my kids meeting and sometimes exceeding the NYS testing criteria. The school environment is calm and in control. For such a small school, I have been very impressed by the many and varied extra curricular opportunities. An extra bonus is that all kids are able to participate in sports. I haven't seen "cuts" yet! Refreshing! For accelerated learners, there are advanced courses available in math and science. ...More Reviews

  The Business Managers position at Honeoye Central School needs to be reevaluated. While I was an employee at Honeoye Central School I was in a serious accident and out of work. I needed to meet with the Business Manager about the situation. I took a co-worker with me to the meeting as a witness as I was still under severe stress. I was shocked and so was my co-worker as how the Business Manager spoke to me (Bullied) me as I might put it. She was very nasty aggressive and bullying in the way she handled my situation. I know there is a no Bullying Policy in effect for the school so I don't understand as how a position such as Business Manager gets away with behaving in this way to the employees. I spoke with the Superintendent about the situation and never heard how the situation was taken care of. The Board of Education needs to reevaluate this position and stop bullying of employees in this school district!! ...More Reviews
