Naples Central School provides a safe, intimate, learning environment. Accessible faculty and staff make finding resolutions to any troubling issues easy. The rural district is not without it's limitations, but the coordination with the Naples community and other local assets generates more than enough compensation in opportunity for students. Connections with Rochester Institute of Technology and Finger Lakes Community College ensure a secondary education is obtainable for Naples students. The Naples district serves a divers population of student, with special consideration for socioeconomic difference. The school has recently made facility upgrades to accommodate for such diversity and plans are being created to assist the community in a larger more organized way. The issue facing Naples and other rural up state districts is the gross disproportionate distribution of state financial assistance. NCS BOE has done a brilliant job over the years, concern still grows over this issue and families don't know what to do about it. $5,000 could go a very long way in the Naples district and breath hope into programs that might see the chopping block in the next budget. Thank you!

Naples Elementary School goes above and beyond helping students to achieve their potential. Each student is treated like a person. I have had nothing but pleasant conversations with teachers, staff and administration. There is no better public school in the nation.

I love Naples School because it is small, friendly, and has one of the best elementary schools in NY State. It is also extremely community minded. This year Naples started the Backpack Program, a food program for children who do not have much to eat over the weekends, this school year. The teachers are wonderful and the Principle, Mr. Moore is tops.
