Diversity is a huge problem at this school. The staff haven't acknowledged that our children, who are not part of the 83% majority ethnicity, have been bullied and singled out because of their appearance. It didn't really become a problem until 2nd grade, which might be when children start to realize and react to physical differences. Regardless, it has been a real challenge, and our children haven't been happy at this school.

This was the best school I've ever been to, the teachers are extremely nice and wonderful. I wish I could have stayed here longer. I miss all of my friends who didn't go to middle school with my and all of the teachers I had to leave. In middle school, you don't get to know your teachers as well as you do in this school. It is pretty tough going in six different classes at a time. I wish I could have had stayed at this amazing school. It is a great school to learn from. -Class of 2014, Charlie Hinh Nguyen

My son went to this school from first grade to fifth grade. We were really happy with the school environment and academic performance. We all sad that our family had to relocate. When my kid started his 6th grade at a new school, we realized how superior Ethan Allen school of GGUSD compared to any other elementary school in CA in academic performance and safe enviroment for kids to learn.

We are new to this school this year moved from Corona Norco district. It's not a beautiful new school like the ones we had there but academically it's is far above and the staff and students are all awesome.

My child have special needs and this school really help her to exceed her limitations. She's happy and love to come to school, she feels happy and safe, as a parent that makes ME happy and feel like I don't have to worry about her when she's at school. We were at other elementary schools before going to Ethan Allen and my child didn't like school until we transfer her to Ethan Allen. She was bullied because she was different from the kids at the OTHER elementary schools, but at Ethan Allen, I could see a positive difference in her. Ethan Allen have exceptional staffs from the office staffs, to the teachers, to the janitors. I can't began to tell you how impressed I was and still am with this school.

We love this school! We love the principal, the secretary, and the teachers. We're lucky that we finally got into Ethan Allen. It's a hard school to transfer to if you don't live within their boundaries. I live far from Ethan Allen but I am willing to drive my kids to this school because they're so happy and thriving plus they're learning so much. This school is beyond my expectations for a public school.

Ethan B. Allen Elementary has taught me compassion in every subject and to learn to love and love to learn. Everyone treats each other as family and support each other immensely.

My child just finished KA, and hoping the 1st grade teachers are better than KA. The communication was seldom as the teacher was engaged with/by same parents every morning, for extended periods, and seem to ignore other parents. There was no consideration for working parents who could afford 5-10 mins before class. I often wondered if the kids were ignored just like the parents were....

As a blue ribbon school, Ethan Allen has many great activities. They have encouraged us students by giving us excellent staff such as dr.Heughins(the principal), Ms.Lucille(the secretary), Mrs.urey, Mrs.Erickson, and Ms.hoyer. We will miss Ethan B. Allen very much always remember it in middle school. I will miss 6th grade alot.
