My husband went to this school and now my son is in Kindergarten. I was a little nervous going to such a small school, but it has turned out to be my favorite thing about the school. There is a lot of parental involvement and support. We have participated in countless activities and events that the entire community attends. We have really built such a beautiful and uplifting little family there. My son absolutely loves going to school and I love volunteering and being involved at the school. It really is such a unique little place.

We love Crest STEAM Academy! Our kid have flourished here. Every kid learns differently and CSA does it’s best. Small classroom and enthusiastic teacher make this a great school!

The principal, Carmen Restrepo, is a absolutely horrible principal. Zero leadership skills, California education laws are broke daily. Please do your research and come sit in the classrooms. Do not send your child here. This school looks “ok” on the outside, however it’s a facade.

Was a wonderful school when we first started and was super excited to have my kids attend here. Unfortunately it has gone down hill with only one good, veteran teacher left. We pulled our kids out and couldn’t believe how much learning they missed out on. It’s sad to see such a cute school get run to the ground.

Crest STEAM Academy is on the rise! The teachers and principal are fully committed to the children, and are inspired to make Crest an exceptional school. New this year, Earth Discovery Institute is providing an amazing AM/PM enrichment program, and will be offering outdoor, environmental ed experiences for our kids. Wonderful, since we are surrounded by so much natural beauty! Seriously, our campus is lovely. This little school has big heart, big ideas, and a great community.

This is a great little school with low class sizes and a large outdoor play area. It is tucked away in the eastern part of El Cajon. Glad I found it!

Ever since we enrolled our twins at Crest, they have flourished. The teachers are amazing as is everyone. I am so proud to a part of such a fantastic school.

A great school and a great community. Every teacher takes an active role with EVERY student. I can't see my kids going anywhere else!!
