Madison has been a great school for my children. The teachers from preschool through 5th grade are dedicated to ensuring students thrive. Their reading program that I heard about at a recent parent meeting is incredible. They have put literacy as a focus for all students to learn to read no matter their ability. The PTA is active with several family gatherings, fun spirit days & my children love the student store once a month.

Our second year at Madison with our first grade student. Great school with caring staff, friendly office, welcoming environment. Communication is wonderful. The Principal, Mrs. Dodds is very invested and visible. We are thankful for a great afterschool program, our son loves attending. Thank you Madison!

Currently have 2 kids going here for now; 3rd grader and Preschooler. This school is a disappointment! Ever since my oldest started at this school, ive had nothing but issues with the teachers and principal. I can tell you have many time i was in the office expressing my concerns and issues that i was having with the teachers. The principal "try" her best to resolve the issues and unfortunately my kid did not have a good experience for her very first year due to the teacher having too many personal issues that was being brought to class. Not to remind you that these are 5yrs in this class that expect to have a good experience to want to keep learning! Sadly that didnt happen due to the teacher and principal. Moving to the first grade she had a teacher that loved my child and knew the experience she had as she wasnt the only child in the class that was experiencing the same situation. Things got better as she wanted to learn more. Finally 3rd grade, wooow let me say the teacher she has now just makes her and the class mainly read. The teacher barely has any effort to make learning fun. Now as days go by i see that its rare to find a school that actually hires teachers that want to teach. The ONLY good thing i have to say is about the Prerschool program they have as the teachers loveeeee the kids! so many activities that they do and have families involved every week! My youngest comes home and askes me if tomorrow is school as shes ready to go back. I do not want to remove the amazing experience my youngest received for her first year because this motivated them to keep learning. So after this school year we are done with Madison.

I absolutely hate that we have to be in this district for my son to come to this school. We moved from another district and it's definitely not fit to the standards that we are used to at the other school he had went to. They have all these kids that shouldn't be there, the principal incompetent. I'm very dissatisfied in this school and there needs to be something done about the poor quality in education.

We can't say enough about Mrs. Sphar, she is truly an asset to our school. We love the teachers and support staff. Although our student body has grown quite a bit this year due to local school closures, it remains a tight knit community with tremendous parent involvement.

Great school with a great staff. This is a 21st Century School with lots of technology.

This is a great 21st century school where the students are introduced to Project Based Learning in Kindergarten and is carried throughout all grade levels. The teachers are GREAT and love their students. Technology is used in every classroom and students help drive the learning in their classrooms. This school is ahead of the times!

I have had three children attend this school and have been impressed with how the teachers and principal have challenged my children to learn at the level they need. The teachers have welcomed my presence in the classroom. The PTA has started this year (2013-14) off well with a super fun back to school night for the whole family that was very well attended.

This school has a very biased idea of who is eligible and worthy of advanced academic preparedness. There have been students that have demonstrated that they have what it takes to study at higher levels but have been demoted or kept back because they are socioeconomically disadvantaged. They teachers rather single out these students as "behaviorally dissociative" rather than except the fact that they are academically bored. The teacher do not want to communicate with the parents and work on academic plans.
