Eagle Elementary School provides a small school atmosphere with personalized attention. Staff here go above and beyond. All students know each other and everyone works together to create a wonderful experience for students of all ages. Students head to middle school prepared for their next adventure. The school setting is beautiful and unique and gives students plenty of room to explore and learn.

All three of my children have attended Eagle Elementary School and we are so pleased to to have found such a caring, supportive environment. The staff is dedicated and engaging and truly individualize learning for each child. There are a wide variety of extra-curricular activities including Lego Robotics, Math 24, S.T.A.R.S. (student council), Spelling Bee Club, Geography Bee and more. The technology is current and utilized appropriately to enhance learning. My children have been prepared for state mandated testing and done very well on them. The curriculum in multiple subject areas has been recently updated. The PTO is very active and supportive too. The principal and secretary are both very approachable and kind. I would encourage anyone to tour this school and see what it has to offer.

Our family has nothing but good things to say about are time with Eagle Elementary. Each staff member is engaged and wants kids to succeed. The small size of the school has allowed kids to try everything without fear of failure or being "cut".

I had three children attend this school. All of my kids enjoyed their time, and learned so much. The class sizes were great, and they were given one on one attention when needed. Such a beautiful building, and campus. The building cannot sits way back on a tree lined drive, giving it a park like setting.

I stand tall with our small school district. The much controversy of open enrolling to the a blue ribbon schools has me shaking my head. You can thank the triple in size class rooms for off setting the score board and the wealthy tax payers for your gadgets. This school district truly takes time with the kids and they help set independent goals with the children. My daughter is an above average reader and they continue to encourage her to go above and beyond.

Eagle Elementary is a fantastic school with an amazing learning environment. The teachers and principal know the children as individuals, not numbers. Please make sure to tour the building and check it out before making assumptions on old data. The "rating" of the school on this website is not reflective of current test scores and data, please find the updated school report card here: http://www.peasd.org/eagle-elem/SRC_Public_Eagle_Elementary_2015-16_003578-002777.PDF

My kids LOVE their school! It is set on a beautiful campus with so much room to play, explore, grow, and learn. The small class sizes help ensure that each child gets individual attention. The principal is AMAZING! She makes the school such a warm, welcoming, and a safe place for everyone who enters.

I am so happy with our family's experiences with Eagle Elementary! The small class sizes ensure personalized attention to each student. We are especially excited about the recent technology purchases made by the PTO and the school - $35,000 worth of SmartBoards, iPads and laptops! I am proud to say that my children attend this great school!

Eagle Elementary has provided a wonderful learning environment for my 3 boys! The teachers are fantastic and the small class sizes allow for a lot of individual attention. The math and reading curriculum has recently been updated and the differentiation has been amazing. I wouldn't want to send my children anywhere else!

I have three children that attend this school. The changes that I have seen in the last 5 years in curriculum, technology improvements, and involvement with student and parents in school events has been very encouraging. The small class sizes and teacher dedication is defiantly a strong point to this district.

I have been very pleased with the education my daughter is receiving at Eagle Elementary school. She is currently in second grade but began at Eagle as a three year old with physical, emotional and speech deficits. I am amazed at the progress she has made every single year. Each of her teachers has been caring, dedicated and has done her very best to assure my daughter's success. Although she began in special education classes, my daughter quickly caught up and was moved to the mainstream classroom. Last year, in first grade, she tested first in her class in math and was reading at an early third grade level. Her teacher was so pleased, she called me to share this exciting news. The school administration and staff are friendly and welcoming. In addition to teaching academics, Eagle Elementary places a strong emphasis on positive behavior, respect and responsibility. Class sizes are small and students get a great deal of individual attention. This is an excellent school.

This is a wonderful community. I agree with what the others wrote, the only thing I would change (and it's trivial) is the secretary Ann in the front office. She is not very intelligent on education, and not a nice person toward parents. A few others have noticed this too not just us but thankfully this doesn't affect the education, innovation and warmth my child has received from teachers! (There are others in the front office who are MUCH warmer and very pleasant to talk with! One of them should take her place at the main desk. It's a shame that she is a parent's first impression of the school.) There is a new principal, and she seems to be very responsive to parents. I'm sorry I won't get to know her better as this will be our last year, my child moves to middle school next year. Bottom line there is no beating this school vs. bigger city elementary schools, you will feel very safe and loved here! I do hope they upgrade some equipment though, it would be nice if they digitally taped school performances, and even sold them on CD for a fundraiser. The kids' shows have been packed all our years and my camera rarely captures everything. Overall on everything though here, A- !!

Eagle Elementary is such a wonderful place. Warm teachers, responsive office staff, and amazing "extras" such as fairs, interesting summer classes, and even a new garden. Feels small and intimate. The district superintendent Mr. Schlender is absolutely wonderful and seems to care very much. And finally it seems the school is even keeping up with its website, updating newsletters online, etc... I have NOTHING negative to say about this school! I feel so privileged to live in this community where everyone is so friendly and although a small town, there is still professionalism, and safety checks are implemented here. Security door and drop-off/pick-up safety staff are outside daily. A wonderful balance, and an amazing school.
