I graduated in 2009. I will admit that I didn't take my studies very seriously and made those decisions on my own that affected my grades and test assessments. I managed to turn it around because I had caring teachers and staff who looked out for me and never gave up. The curriculum has changed over time and yes that did land me to take remedial courses in college but that was the opportunity to make up for lost learning. I get it that no parent wants to see their child taking classes in college that does not count for college credit, but must realize the decisions we made in HS that got us to this point. I worked hard and during my time in college I continued to receive support from Arrupe. I am now a Bachelor's double- degree in sociology and Chicano Studies, and a Masters in Social Work. I give all credit to Arrupe and I hope they know I am a better man because of them. Shoutout to my Class of 2009!

This school does not prepare students for college. While they tout all students get into college, most do not end up going, and those who do must take remediation courses due to the poor academic content offered by Arrupe.

I graduated in 2008, in the Second Graduating class and I can tell you, as a former student my experience truly changed my life. If it wasn't for Arrupe, I never would have networked so successfully, finding jobs and supervisors which would support me in my career, and the support of attending a Jesuit University. Arrupe taught me to be accountable for my actions; if I did not complete assignments, lacked in my resolve or wasted time. Arrupe pushed me to give my best in what I did and that which I represented. I was blessed to receive the Arrupe Jesuit Full Collegiate Scholarship where for four year, my scholarship covered, room, board and tuition. I graduated with no debit and several jobs offers because my work experience created a competitive edge in ciomparision to other university graduates who had never been hired or worked before. My knowledge of Catholic teachings allow me to work for nonprofits and faith-based institutions in the Archdiocese of Denver and I am still blessed to be here today. Students here are encouraged to work hard, be accountable, mature successfully, understand the work place and ACTIVELY live their faith. If these are all the values you hold for your student, Arrupe is the school for your family. God be with you.

Worst private catholic school ever! They come out as caring and college oriented, but in all reality not all students make it to a 4 year college. If they don't like your child, the Dean and Principal will make their life miserable! No matter what they do, they will find everything and anything to make them go away (expel) and if they don't they will keep harassing you until you leave on your own. I wonder how many students actually stay all 4 years...? You have to brown nose if you don't want to get on their bad side and turn the other way if you think they are wrong. Work program is great for the children, but they don't have AP courses. The dean will make her own rules as of what you should wear, so if your on her bad side, forget about it! If she likes you though, she will let you get away with everything. It's a very hostile and intimidating environment because of that. Other than that, teachers are great. Oh, and last thing they change your child's grades, so save the ones you get in the mail, all of them and compare it to the last one you get in the mail around summer time. My child cries because of how she/he is treated there.

This is an amazing school, it gives you work experience you don't experience at ANY other high school in Colorado. Teachers care, and better yet: It's Catholic! You don't have to be catholic, just be willing to respect God.

This is a great school for any parents want their children to have a new experience of working in real life. I have a son is currently studying here and he has to work one day a week! He loves his job and the school so much! One more interesting is: the money that the students make by working will go straight into their tuition, hence the tuition of Arrupe is not as high as other private school. Beside the Coperate Work Study Program, the teachers and staff are extremely helpful and the students here are very friendly. Thanks to Arrupe Jesuit HS, my son has become more mature. He also love working during in the summer because that's a great opportunity to earn money from his own hand!
