The experience at this school is outstanding!!! The teachers are very passionate about the students learning and have a variety of hands-on assignments to do. The whole school has a family like atmosphere and the students are very inclusive.

An exceptional school that offers a unique opportunity to take specialty fine and performing arts classes that are only offered at a few other schools in the state. While the school building might be older and there might not be as many 'bells and whistles' when it comes to new technology, what is there is adequate and well utilized by the faculty. Rockdale County is a one-to-one school system, each student has a laptop loaned to them to use during their school career, teachers try to use this opportunity to diversify their instruction and provide that most robust educational environment as they can.

My daughter has done exceptionally well she is on the same course track as if we continued living in NJ and her attending a blue ribbon school. I will say I had to advocate for her to get the classes she ought to have been in from the begining. She will be starting 10th grade.

My daughter is taking AP prep classes as a freshman and has a 3.8 GPA. I am satisfied . Coming from a northern state it is very important that she maintains a sound curriculum. I find the school lack parent, teacher student involvement. This is very important to me and found that my older 5 children did exceptionally well in school and all have been very successful in private universities. I truly anticipate my daughter daughter doing well and she has already decided what curriculum she needs to take that are required for the colleges of her interest.

Our son graduated from Heritage. He received a great education from a quality staff. Prepared him well for college and his future. More too it than just sitting in classes everyday. He felt like people at Heritage cared about him.

The ninth grade has a couple of weak links in the academy. There seems to be no accountability or dedication with certain teachers. As a former Davis Middle School parent, I can truly say it has been a disappointing Freshman year for my child at Heritage.
