Typical backwoods school. Parents and coaches are really bad to be around at football and wrestling matches. They tell their kids to fight and try to injure students. Zero character and zero morals. The education is really poor and the kids worry more about bullying and sports. The moms actually wear camo clothing out in public.... so there’s that too. Just a bad area of the state.

Having attended this school for almost 4 years now, this school is quite amazing. Sure, there have been teachers that I couldn't stand, but this is expected in a public school. The experience I had attending CHS was better than expected. Thus, without hesitation, a 5 star rating seems only appropriate.

I wouldn't allow my children to go to this school. There are a lot of lessons young people learn through sports, and what this school has to teach is that when the going gets tough, just quit and go home. As evidenced in their latest match up against Athens Academy. Losing in the 3rd quarter, the odds seemed insurmountable, so they toss in the towel, pathetic. Is this really the message you want your children to receive, the character you want them to develop? Coach should be fired along with anyone else that disagrees.

I was very dismayed last night to see the coach of this football program throw in the towel in the third quarter. I understand that loosing a game can be hard. However, what is that coach teaching the kids? Is it ok to quit a game because you are loosing? Is it ok to quit school because your grades are poor? Is it ok to quit your job because you are not doing well? It is ok to quit life because life is hard????? The coach should be fired and the principal should be investigated for allowing such behavior! Every parent should be outraged (not just the parents of the football team)! What a great example this school sets for the future of this country...
