Our children get the support from their teachers that they will need to grow academically and socially.

My children attended St. John the Baptist School from kindergarten through 8th grade. They are currently in challenging high school programs, and are doing very well. We value education in our home, so our children strive to do their best. The success is also due in part to the education that they received at St. John the Baptist. They had caring teachers who worked hard to challenge them. They also had many friends. There were some family/parent cliques, but that is probably true in all schools. When my son was being bullied by two other boys, the teachers intervened and it stopped. I fault the boys and their families for their bullying mentality, not the school.

St. John's has been wonderful for my son. The teachers are caring, devoted educators and the other families that we have met are welcoming and warm. Everyone seems to work together to provide a great educational experience for the children.

Terrible, that is the only word that can describe our child's experience at St. John's. In the last 6 years, they have had three principal's. No leadership, therefore the teachers run the school. Terrible, learning enviroment. The teaching staff is divided into groups who refused to work together! Terrible bullying problem especially amongst the girls. Demand to see state test scores. Look from 2006 to 2012.

St. Johns had provided a home to our family. While certainly no school is perfect, I do think that the people here are generally good, and the attitudes are generally welcoming. As with all things, you get back what you put in. We have been warm and receptive and have received much warmth and reception back.
