I love Buford. The whole environment is comforting and warm. They really make you feel a part of the school atmosphere!

While this a great school, I have had a few unfavorable run ins with the higher administration of this school. On a few occasions I have been treated as less than ( yes, I am a single mom but that doesn't lessen my value in any sense) and some things were said in front of my child that should have been said to me in private. I've noticed a trend of embarrassing the child to motivate a parent and shame on the administrative staff for this. Other than that the teachers and other staff have been amazing and the atmosphere is truly caring, warm and supportive. I couldn't have asked for a better learning environment for my children.

My child attends Buford Elementary (K-1) and while I have no school to compare it to but the one I attended, it is absolutely the best school system in the state, IMO. The sense of community that surrounds this school system, as well as fantastic teachers that really CARE about their students is well worth living in district or paying tuition for your child to attend. The other great thing is that you start as a Buford Wolf as a K student, and graduate as Senior as a Wolf. GO BUFORD! GO WOLVES!

great School system that truly cares about their students. My kids have been going there for 10 years and I hope my 4 year old attending school for the 1st time will also Graduate from this school. Buford Schools ROCK!!!
