Our child enjoys this school and seems to be growing academically. So far we like the teachers and principal.

We feel extremely validated about our decision to send our children to our neighborhood school. Fitzmorris is led by both teachers and administrators who we know will provide a safe and effective learning environment. The future looks bright.

To be clear, I am the current principal at Fitz. I wish I could simply add a comment without reviewing the school, but I needed to put a comment on here to let people know that the data represented on this site is completely inaccurate. Please talk to neighbors or the school before judging us based on the inaccurate data represented here.

I've heard that Fitzmorris has struggled with turnover, lack of leadership, weakness of character and disengagement with their students in the past. During this current 2018-2019 school year, the teachers and administrators that took over for the previous administration have shown they are committed to my student and others. I can tell that it has been a difficult transition but I've noticed improvement in the school's attitude and effectiveness. We're excited to watch our kiddo GROW from kinder through 5th and beyond.

This school was not a healthy place for my children. I removed them last year and now they are thriving. It was a terrible mistake putting my children into their home school.

Over all this was a horrible school and if it wasn’t for the teachers and nurse and psychologist that work there, I would have been gone long ago. The changes are constant with staff and I even had the assistant principal call CPS on me!!! I truly hate these people for what they have done to my family with no regard of the consequences my family is facing. They have no clue how to deal with a spirited child and communication with parents is NONE! Good luck if you plan on having your loved ones attend.

This school has a great sense of community with teachers and staff who genuinely love and care for their students.

Love this school! After 8 children attending this school, I can honestly say after 20 years they are #1!

Bad principal. She doesn't care about her teachers and isn't really engaged with the kids.
