    Unresponsive. The teachers are incapable of doing their job in a timely manner. The one I interact with is rude & indifferent. The office itself must just be for show because they don't respond to messages at all. I guess it's great if you're perfect but good luck if you're not and you think they will help out. Especially if you need social-emotional support or if you have a disability, you will get no help. Also, if your student is taking classes through a high school, their will be no family engagement whatsoever. Maybe this place is great if you're an adult. Should they work with kids? Probably not.

    Not a good organization. Administration is very disorganized and unstable.
