Aeolian elementary has been wonderful to our 3 girls. Their staff focuses on the students well being and gives them the ability to have trust in their teachers and peers to make it fun yet educating. My girls have a great relationship with their teachers and enjoy attending class with excitement. Their staff is very helpful and polite and are always willing to give a hand. Great experience here!

Aeolian Elementary is a great school with a great staff. Everyone at this school is friendly and caring and the teachers are absolutely amazing. My daughter has been at Aeolian Elem. Since TK, she is now in 5th grade and every year she has a teacher that is amazing. Mrs. Speh (the principal) is a hard working woman that cares about her staff and all the kids and takes her time to know each child by name. This pandemic has changed many things but it hasn’t changed how much all of the staff cares for all of the kids. They have done such a great job with distance learning. I am thankful for each and everyone of them.

Aeolian has some amazing staff and teachers. Lulu is the best at was she does with all the love she gives to the students. Never met a principal like Mrs. Speh that goes above and beyond to make Aeolian what it is today. In my many years of experience in having elementary principal so involved not only with her students their families as well.My biggest and best experience as been in the cafeteria and how well they have accommodated my daughter medical condition and all her food allergies. All the staff have been beyond helpful in making sure my daughter never goes without a feeding and never left behind from a field trip. All took the time to be trained in all her needs and makes sure all her needs are met.

Aeolian Elementary is an Awesome School!!! All four of my children have attended Aeolian and have had positive experiences . I myself attended this school and have many wonderful memories. Principal Mrs Speh, Mrs. Lulu, teachers, and staff make you feel welcomed and provide a safe environment for the children. Aeolian has many activities that Involve parents and family, like the mud run, carnivals, Dr. Seuss celebrations, family picnics, student achievements, Friday flag ceremonies, school dances, movie nights, lunch with the principal, and many more for your children to have a memorable school experience.

Aeolian is a great school , I’ve transferred my son here & couldn’t be happier with his teacher . Principal Speh in constant communication through dojo , so we always know what’s going on. Great clean campus !

Aeolian Elementary could be described as a home away from home. My nephews, nieces, brothers and now my children attend. The office staff and the principal know my children by name. Teachers are caring and make themselves accessible to answer our questions and or concerns.

I love this school!!! The principal, the teachers, the aids, and everybody are so friendly and protective of the kids. It gives you the assurance that kids are safe and learning from excellent teachers. They have so many fun activities for the kids and communicate so well with them. I have seen my granddaughter growth in learning and self esteem. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

My wife and I feel that the school has a great staff with an excellent curriculum. Very helpful with positive reinforcement towards the children, emphasizing respect towards one another and discouraging bullying. The school is also very accommodating to children with special needs and or learning disabilities, iep's are very informative and our child excelled in their program. As for regular general education again our other child is excelling with the program. I would highly recommend this school and the district.

This will be my daughters first year attending Aeolian as a kindergartner. I must say I was nervous as to how the school would adapt to online learning during a pandemic, but I am so grateful for the time spent by Aeolian on making an awesome transition for my daughter as well as all the students. Although we are not on campus Mrs.Speh & Mrs.Kotsios have been amazing at communicating with parents, showing support, and being great examples to the students. Mrs.Kotsios has been nothing short of amazing teaching. Despite the circumstances my daughter is doing a great job in school and I see her excited to learn.

As an Aeolian Alumni, I can proudly say my children are getting an amazing education my 4th and 2nd grader are really happy with the teachers and when they had on site learning they enjoyed the school hands on activities. I was last years PTC President and I truly enjoyed being involved in my children’s school and education. I started getting involved on Parent Committee’s while they were all in The HeadStart program. I feel every year our community is seeing an increase in parent involvement. Parents I have spoken with always want to be involved one or another. Many times parents come back as community representative to continue helping those programs that need support. We volunteer in any way we can to better support the schools and faculty. The educators are so patient and willing to go the extra mile for our children. It really is amazing to see how the attention to the children on Zoom everyday make them feel special and safe. I wholeheartedly appreciate the teachers and Staff at Aeolian for the dedication and going above and beyond knowing not many schools do the same.

We love Aeolian. The teacher's are fantastic. Great leadership and guidance. Secretary is wonderful and the custodians are fabulous as well. The only thing i would like is the school to have a security guard making rounds in the school campus inside and out.

The community is great and supportive, I volunteered in my grandchildren’s classrooms and the experience was great, The teachers were great with the students and have a lot of patients with the children.

The faculty and staff here are outstanding, and they always go above and beyond for their students. It was easy to learn the names of all the teachers because they all seemed involved in different school programs and activities outside of the classroom. I would be at ease at work knowing that my children were in good hands every day. They also have healthy and delicious meals there. My kids always bragged about what they had for breakfast and lunch. My favorite thing about Aeolian is that the principal and faculty were so genuinely invested in the success of the students, the school, and the community.

This is the Absolute Worst school and district Whittier has to offer. It’s such a shame that the new housing development belongs to this school district. If u choose to buy a home in the development excercise your right to get a permit for a good school. Unless you want the worst for your children, stay away as far as you can from Aeolian and the evil principal Becky Speh. You will be glad you did and your children will be thankful!!!!!

My daughter is a student here and has learned so much. My daughter actually loves to wake up to go to school. She enjoys homewok because she understands everything since her teacher is amazing on teaching.
