As a parent if you get involved with their child's education the faculty & staff is extremely helpful.

The curriculum is outstanding. Most of the teachers are extremely qualified and really care and get involved. One of the things the school needs to work on is NOT rewarding with candy. There are a lot of obese students at the school and even though the school does a great job with including physical exercise and stressing the importance of exercise, nutritional education is lacking. A lot of the staff give poor examples of good nutrition. And good nutrion, like good sleep and good teachers, are pertinant to getting a great education.

I am very happy with this school. My oldest is in this school and has been there from K-2 (so far) and I am very happy with the administration and teachers. My daughter does very well, has teachers she knows cares about her, is safe, happy, and content. What could be better? Again, the teachers are top notch.

They try too hard to keep parents out of the school. They use outdated testing to pigeonhole students into groups of ability without teacher input. The principal does not respond to parental concerns. I need to show this website to some other parents. I know many that will back up my last comment. There are a few outstanding teachers there, but they're overshadowed by the bad ones.
