It has been a great learning enviornment for the kids the teachers really care about the education and learning atmoshere. The setting of the school is nestled in the woods like it's secluded from everything else. It really is a beautiful school as well. We love Pines Lake School!!

Pines Lake Elementary School is nestled in the hills of beautiful Wayne, NJ. The tree-lined drive into the school property is an entryway that is both warm and inviting. One can't help but notice the possitive vibe that is felt once you step foot in the building. The students walking throughout the hallway verify by their laughter alone that this school is one awesome place. The principal and her staff make every attempt to nurture the 350+ students who attend P.L.E and go the extra mile to make everyone feel like family! Pines Lake Elementary school offers excellent programs designed to fit the needs of many different types of learners. The students learn at an early age to have compassion for others by helping out classmates, needy children world-wide, and fellow community members through the prize winning programs developed by the Kids Care Club. The students at Pines Lake Elementary School are shining examples of the quality of teaching that goes on every day!

Pines Lake is a great place to be at. My kids are are always looking forward to the next day in school. They are surrounded by great teachers and a great Principal. All the teaching staff makes sure that the kids receive all the academic and emotional support to the fullest. The PTO is also plays a great role in the lives of our kids, who are always waiting with a great excitement to their next school event. Pines Lake is located in a beautiful area surrounded by pine trees, when I park my car every day on one of the streets not too far from school I walk, take in the aroma of the pine trees, and think of how much, one day, my kids and I will miss Pines Lake School.

Pines Lake Elementary is staffed by caring people. Our principle takes the time to know the students and handles any situation that arises with a caring but firm hand. The school provides a safe environment and truly supports great values with the studnets. We stay in the neighborhood because of the school.

There is no better way to put it: Pines Lake is the BEST school there is. Wonderful teachers and staff who not only teach, but do it with passion and in a nurturing way. The staff is attentive to all of the children. They show that they care through their teaching and interaction with the children and their families. Dedicated, supportive, positive role models.

I love the teachers and Mrs. Longo (the principal). My daughters last two teachers have been the kind of teachers who not only know how to teach well and appeal to children, they also teach with a passion and fullness of heart. We are lucky!

My children are second generation to Pines Lake School. Not only am I proud to say I am successful as a result of all that Pines Lake school taught me, but I have the privilege to have my own children educated at 'The Best School in The Nation'. Our school involves the children in learning the ABCs, 123s, as well as what it means to give back to your community, your school, and others. Pines Lake is not just a school-it's a community where each family is treated with care. When you feel loved, you can learn anything. That's what Pines Lake offers.
